I think Tanya is one of the LEAST important/iconic characters of MK. I would have been VERY confused if they added her.

Wow, I was wrong about the MK side link- With the exception of Baraka they were all in the original MK movie.

Kinda happy about the final roster though. I do wish there were some more females really, if only to mix them up a bit (Mileena/Power Girl or Cheetah would be nice...). Oh well...

Roll on MK Vs DCU2: The search for more money...

fair enough, upon retrospect Pokemon was a bit overrepresented, but back to MK Vs DCU I'm fine with the roster outside of Jax and Catwoman.

OH GOD..... I think JF stands for "Just Frame" moves. I kind of doubt it, because MK isn't a game that requires day-to-day practice and training, but if it is, OMG, that's fucking stupid.

A just frame is a move where you have only a few frames, like three maybe frames (5 to 10 miliseconds) to press the next button. God they are fucking annoying.

Hm, Baraka, Shao Kahn, sounds good, this is a semi-okay cast, I'll give it that. I can't wait to see Baraka.

Both Samus and Sheik (fuck Zelda) are strong female characters, but they could have added more.

There's Dixie Kong, Jynx, Rose, Rouge, and Lyn could've been playable instead of a trophie. I think they're just holding out so that they'll be more characters for later games.

BACK ON TOPIC! Lex Luthor isn't even a fighter. Scorpion, Baraka, Raiden, the'll all rip him to shreds.

Shao Kahn and Darkseid were always going to be the 2 main bosses. I seriously doubted Baraka would make it, and without Mileena seems quite weird. Seriously gutted to not have either Kung Lao or Reptile :( The lack of females doesn't bother me too much.

If there's one thing this game has taught us, it's that you can't please ANYONE.

Anyway, I'm pretty happy about the roster. It does have some glaring omissions, but other than that, i'm happy.

It's like I said on another board. Anyone worried about the roster, i've got three letters for you, DLC. Midway needs money and you want your favorite charactars, it's a win, win. (except for the us paying part)

If you add up all the Jax, Kano and Shazam hate, that makes up about 1/5 of the amount of hate towards Lex.

Baraka was a pleasant surprise.

Its cool to have Shao Kahn and Darkseid as playable characters...but do not have the merged boss playable.

I would have liked to see Johnny Cage and Kung Lao more than Baraka and Shao Kahn. Shao Kahn can be there, but Kung Lao and Cage are more iconic than Baraka, seriously.
