Now that I'm thinking of it, it's pretty crazy my rank was demoted from Assassin to mortal when it was a gifted rank for my service to the site so that I could browse ad-free and access content in the queue easier.

Especially when there are more than a few inactive people who have "job titles" on here that haven't been demoted when mine was when I was a news lead, after I chose to step down from Forum Director, even.

Just saying.

Shame D'arque isn't in charge anymore. I'm sure he'd see the inconsistency.

Might have wanted to post that tournament news lead I'm linking here that I sent in, unless your Canadian members are just trivial in the grand scheme of things. I think they would like to have known about it.

My roommate kind of annoys me. When I take out the garbage he's all like "yay finally!" and I'm like ... "if you wanted to take the garbage out earlier, why didn't you just do it?" And he's like "oh we go back and forth between who does it" and I'm like ... "No we don't, I just take it out when I think it's full."

That was a few days ago. Today he's like "can you take out the recycling?" Um. I don't get it. If the recycling is bothering you, why can't you just take it out?

This reminds me of the roommates I had before I had to move out of that room (due to the one I'm about to talk about threatened me with a knife). This was part of the argument: I finally had enough of her freshmen antics and talking to other roommates of ours on Facebook about me so I literally lashed out at her. The arguement changed directions so many times until it finally got to this topic:

Me: Why are you too lazy to change the fucking toliet paper roll? I mean it literally takes you three seconds to change the roll, but no, you gotta leave it on the sink and think I'll change it, but I obviously don't.

Her: Well it's because I don't have time to change the roll because I'm late to class all the time.

Me: Are you retarded or something? You can't change the damn roll because you're late to class? How about you don't be late to class so you can not be running around fastly and have time to do things before you go?

Her: Oh so now you're going to tell me that I shouldn't be late to class?

Me: I can't believe I'm fucking having this stupid argument with you about this "being on time with your classes," you're in fucking college not high school. Change the goddamn roll when you're the last one to use up all the paper instead of leaving it on the fucking sink.


And it goes on from there. But honestly, I loved how she pinned me down in saying that I don't clean up after myself when there was a cup that she used the other day still sitting on the table. I don't leave my dishes out in plain sight and blame others for not cleaning after themselves... Glad I'm out of that room though. Psycho.

I'm guessing you live in an apartment style dorm? Or at least used to?

I once got in a fist-fight with a roommate prompted by him catching a mop I bought on fire in retaliation for me not letting him watch TV because he didn't want to have to pay on the cable bill. Alcohol was definitely involved.

Ahhhh...college.

I'm still in an apartment, rooming with three better roommates than the other three. Though next year I'm rooming by myself in an even better kind of building. I would commute, but unfortunately I do not have a car of my own and taking the train every day would be a major pain.

My mother is like that, its the reason why you can clean her house and come back in a week and its as if you didn't do anything in the first place. If people want a clean house they need to live a clean lifestyle in the first place.

Yeah. That isn't taken from the club up here (and when I say "the", I mean the only within like 2 hours), but I saw something eerily similar to that on last thursday. Which is why I'm never going again.
