What a lovely day....tornado sirens blaring, rain pouring, grey sky, reports of tornadoes forming 30 or so blocks from my house....Ahh, welcome to Tornado Alley.

On the bright side, I went to Vintage Stock (while the sirens were still blaring) and bought War Gods (for $4.00), Banjo-Kazooie (since my old copy "disappeared"), a Mortal Kombat 4 Prima strategy guide, and a Mortal Kombat Deception Brady strategy guide. Summed up to, like, 20 dollars.

And my beautiful copy of Silent Hill 3 arrived. Great condition, and the soundtrack was included. Booyah!

It sucks not living near many of my friends, its as if I don't have any.

Is a teacher allowed to make you stand up for the pledge?

I personally don't believe in the pledge of alligence (probably not the right spelling), I don't believe how says "one nation under god." I don't like to label myself, but the closest id say to my own beliefs is agnostic i guess. anyways, for like a couple days or a week, i didn't stand up for the pledge. i just didn't care at all. my teacher asked me to stand up, i didn't respond to him. so one day he keeps me after homeroom to talk to me. he said it's disrespectful. i get that and understand it, but he says he 'has the authority to make me stand for the pledge.' now how is that respectful? making someone stand up for something they don't believe in? i think its total bullshit that he says he can do that, but i really have no motivation to do anything about it.
