My God.
Lani Minella (aka Sindel/Sheeva/Ivy Valentine) did the voice of Bubsy in Bubsy 3D.
*Barf*
What a horrendous game, with some downright excruciating voice-acting. She must have been hard-pressed for money.

You haven't heard? Their former defensive coordinator was caught raping a little boy- and it turns out he's been raping kids for years. He was close to many people at Penn St, so it has been assumed that there is no way that no one knew about it. Therefore, it has been seen as a cover-up, and everyone involved in keeping it a secret has been fired. Among the fired are their president and their head football coach who has been there for 61 years.
The students and fans are outraged, and have caused a massive riot in the area that was just broken up by the police.
I don't want anybody else
When I think about you I
Sprint at you with the wild speed of a randy muskox. I then pounce you with the natural ferocity of a famished alpha male bengal tiger. As you lay below me in a state of confusion, I rip off your shirt and run my fingers down your torso. I look back up, gazing deeply into your eyes. I slowly whisper into your ear
"You don't have enough badges to train me!"
Then I run out of the house with your shirt and give it to the salvation army, you greedy rich fuck.

I wouldn't call it a cover up.
Not to mention, Joe Paterno did tell someone, but he didn't really follow through. And, of couse, the person he told didn't call the police.

From here on out, I'll assume everyone wants to molest my children (and they don't exist yet). By the same token, homeschool would just make my kids weird.
Jesus! I didn't need to be more paranoid! Fuck is wrong with people!!!

They're making it out to seem like a cover up. I understand that Joe could have told more people, but he's not an investigator, I'm sure he didn't have full knowledge, so he passed the incident on and move on with himself. Apparently, he should have told the world about it, and because he didn't, they're making it seem like he was covering up for his coach's crimes.

Exactly. I'm a bit conflicted, and I do think he could've done more but some of the more hateful things people ae saying are just a little uncalled for.
Hopefully this isn't a huge part of his career that EVERYONE will remember, and maybe they can be thinking of the more positive things.

Jack: it really sucks for him to go out like this. A legend like that deserves to go on his own terms, and the fact that this horrible event did him in is saddening.

Yeah, it is really. And I'm pretty sure if they wouldn't have fired him before this upcoming game, he would've been number 1 on the list of most games coached.

Well Skyrim comes out in under 24 hours. I have plans with my girlfriend that day so I will pick it up that night.
In other News, Modern Warfare 3 is so fucking fun.

Oh dear god, oh man Penn State's leadership....oh man...I just don't even...
Oh and all those "Coaches and leadership" at Penn State were supposed to protect those kids and they let them be destroyed by a monster, I don't wanna hear these half assed excuses talking about, "well....I reported it to my higher ups, it was their responsiblity." That's cool but the guy was still working there, which means they didn't handle their business, so contact the police, too many men in this situation behaving like cowards to protect their college's image instead of protecting those kids, I hope they all get fired, they're not the type of men I would want coaching and influencing people's children, to sit by and let this stuff happen and it's not like nobody knew, at least FOUR and I will repeat FOUR people in senior positions of authority knew this was going on and did nothing.
If someone is being raped and abused, common morality should have been enough to call the cops and that 22 year old saw the rape occuring in the shower room and instead of rescuing the kid from this really old disgusting man, he just leaves him. If this guy was 10 or 11, I could see him being scared and not knowing what to do, but 22? Get out of here.
Very rarely do people have the opportunity to prevent or stop a crime, especially rape or murder, that alone saddened me to the point of almost crying, having the ability to save this poor kid and doing nothing is just too much for me to wrap my head around and it makes me want to scream at them.
As far as I'm concerned, indifference is complicity. Penn State needs to clean house immediately, in my opinion.
Who cares about this coach, the college, or the President's reputation? The only thing that matters in this case is those kids and teens that got abused and how messed up their lives are now, Rape fucks with your head bad, really bad, especially when you try to have sex or be intimate with someone, not to mention the possibility of PTSD or not trusting men or women in their lives EVER because they gave their trust away and were betrayed because of it. If this brings all those people down, oh well(good), maybe they'll recover their integrity and moral compass if they actually pay for their actions.

To quote Sinbad's line in Jingle All the Way:
"This is a sick world we're living in with sick people in it."
Though some people that are talking about this on Facebook that I have as friends couldn't be more ignorant and idiotic about this topic. They're a bunch of kids who thinks this isn't something to make a big commotion about and that ESPN should talk about golf.
I'm sorry, I would be more interested in knowing that there's a rapist still working at a college than Tiger Cheating Woods.
Some people are just fucking morons.
