What looks trashy about it? The Elder Scrolls is arguably the best western RPG series of all time. Be who you want, do what you want, go where you want. A huge immersive world with endless replay value, which is only extended by the amazing modding community. People are still playing Daggerfall, Morrowind and Oblivion to this day.

Daggerfall was so amazing..... Too bad the glitches and bugs are so crippling.
I can't tell you how many times I fell through the stairs.

Morrowind was really fun, too. It was cool working for the Morag Tong, hidden in one of the basements in Vivec, and finding hidden Daedra shrines.

I'll probably buy Skyrim in a few weeks.

So glad werewolves are back. It'd be cool if wereboars were back, too, but that's just my nitpicking.

Edit: This is seriously one of the worst 'evil laughs' I've ever heard.

I just started learning to play bass. I was already doing vocals for a metal band, but now I'm going to work on the bass that way I can be both the bassist and the vocalist, eventually. I tried learning guitar a few months ago and still remember a few chords and notes, so I shouldn't have that hard of a time picking up the bass.

Yeah, I'm not into the whole "western rpg" thing. I don't like games like Fallout, or Elder Scrolls, or Fable, etc. So Skyrim isn't on my radar at all. I prefer fast paced action games, those are my thing. That's why my favorite games are God of War, Ninja Gaiden, Assassin's Creed, Devil May Cry, Darksiders, Heavenly Sword, inFamous, Bayonetta, Castlevania, etc. I can see how people would be interested in Skyrim, if it's a type of game they like, but for me, it's a pass. I'm the same on shooters, I just don't like the genre. Who knows why, I've given shooters and western RPGs several tries, I just cannot enjoy them, don't know why. Oh well, I'm glad that other people do though.

I like Action, Shooter(First and Third Person), Adventure and Racing(Mario Kart only), Party minigames(specifically Wario Ware and Mario Party).
Only RPG's I like: -Earthbound series
-Mario&Luigi(one of the best RPG's)
-Pokemon(Kinda done with Pokemon)
-Paper Mario(look at Mario&Luigi)

Boy did I get an earful from a player in Mortal Kombat.

I use too many exploitable characters. (At least, that's what he kept telling me) Baraka, Kano, Johnny Cage. He kept ragging on me because I was beating everybody in KOTH and when he first picked Smoke, I destroyed him with Baraka....WITH BARAKA!!

That was no easy task ladies and gentleman, and I was still being called cheap.

In related news, my Xbox behavior percentage of "Unsporting" went up 61% today.

MK9 has made me forget how to play Ultimate MK3. I couldn't even remember what the input was for Cyrax's bombs, and I kept trying to do enhanced specials.
