I really miss owning a Nintendo DSi....definitely putting that on my Christmas list! (^_^)

I think it's funny that even though I'm an atheist I still celebrate Christmas and everyone I know still gives me gifts, despite the fact that my family are a bunch of super religious people who hate the fact that I'm not religious. Maybe it's because I'm always complaining to them how Christmas is a Pagan holiday that used to celebrate the sun god and the winter solstice, the Pagan's used to call the holiday bruma as well as Dies Natalis Solis Invicti and it occurred every December 25th. When the Romans converted to Christianity they figured it would be easier for all the people to simply change Dies Natalis Solis Invicti's celebration of the sun god and solstice into Christmas since they were used to having a celebration on that day anyway. I celebrate it as a commercial holiday, just like if it was the 4th of July or Thanksgiving, etc. Basically, just like any other holidays out there. Got to start doing shopping for my friends and family though, soon, very soon too.

Yup, that's a cavity I'm getting too, the little fucker hurts to chew on. Luckily we all were born with two sides of teeth in our mouth, so I'll just chew on the left side of my mouth until I can get to the dentist. Hate the dentist, it's expensive and hurts, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I don't even care about the origins of holidays, I just enjoy days that specifically remind us to care and love each other and that bring everybody together.

Looking on getting a 3DS this Christmas.

I don't even know what I want for Christmas. I buy myself everything I want as it comes out, and that leaves me with nothing to ask for on the holidays. Not to mention that my birthday is 5 days before Christmas and I get gifts then too, but I don't know what I want or what to expect to get either. Friends keep asking me "What do you want" and I honestly don't know, lol. Maybe I'll think of something. If the Vita was coming out in time for Christmas, I'd ask for that. However, I'm left scrambling right now. I just bought myself a bunch of clothes, I just bough a crap load of DVDs, and I own every game that I was interested in playing this year, so I have no clue. A few years ago I couldn't afford to buy myself anything so I really used the holidays to my advantage to buy things, but now I got a huge promotion at work and I've been blowing the money on everything I want so I don't want/need anything, lol. I do need to get my car painted though, someone scratched the door and it looks like death, so that will be my gift to myself. Maybe I'll save myself some money and ask for Assassin's Creed for Christmas along with Skyward Sword, then maybe a new jacket or two and some new shoes. Don't really know.

See I'm 22, so I'm at the age where my parents aren't arsed getting presents anymore, they think I've grown past it.

Oh how they are wrong. *longing*

Plus my nephew and niece are only 7 and 5, so the holidays have really become all about them, and it's lovely to see them excited about it and wrapped up in it all. I've to get their presents soon actually. Personally I'd love the Jade or the Mileena Syco statue for Christmas, since I intend to get those two and Rain anyway. That or else a Finepix S9000.

Those statues are pretty awesome, I'm saving up to get the Mileena one for myself sometime. My family we love giving gifts, even though I'm 24 I still get a handful of gifts, but I'm expected to get gifts for everyone too and I don't get as many as I used to either. I also don't have any younger relatives, the youngest relative I have at the moment is my little cousin, but she's 19 so she's not really that little. I enjoy the Christmas holiday though because I get to hang out with family and friends and I also get two weeks off of work (benefits of working for the schools).

MW3 is just too fun...

lol. Yeah, I get one gift from my parents, one from my grandparents, one from my brother, one from my sister, one from each of my uncles/aunts, and one from each of my friends. When I was younger it used to be two to three gifts from each of them, but still at one gift from each person I get a decent amount, plus I get one birthday gift from almost all of them just 5 days before hand too, except for the birthday gift it's usually a few bucks from each them. Still pretty good. Some of my relatives tend to combine my birthday present with my Christmas gift and still give me one gift for the two days combined.

Most Christmas days here are really cold too, the winters in New Mexico tend to get below zero, and 5 years ago we got 28 inches of snow, so weather gets crazy here in late December.

God, my xbox is driving me fucking insane.

Okay, it has this retarded ass disc tray problem. It makes this dumbass turning sound inside and just does this for about 2 minutes, then it says open tray. After like 3 hours I finally get it to work, then a day later it does the same shit. It's so fucking annoying, I've tried everything to get it to work consistently.

I'm seriously holding myself from smashing it with a fucking bat.

They really need to make: -Mario&Luigi 3DS(RPG)
-Mortal Kombat Gold 3DS(fixed bugs, enhanced graphics)
-SSB 3DS(I know this is announced already, they need to hurry up)
-Mother(Earthbound)3DS They definitely need to revive this series
-Crash Bandicoot 3DS (They need to make a new game)

I like that list! I'd get every game on that list, that's for sure. I'd like to see a new 2D Metroid come out for the 3DS, that would be awesome. Metroid doesn't get enough love from Nintendo.

Mother 4 will never happen, and even if some sort of DS remake came out, the chances of it getting an English translation are slim. I'd love more, though.

I wish Browny-Brown said they MIGHT make a DS port of Mother 3(and that was ages ago...)

Yet again, MW3 got another 5/5 stars from X-Play. That's a surprise...
