My advice would be to borrow the game. It's one of those games you must own to understand it's addictive and entertaining nature. One does not simply "try out" a Lord of The Rings novel. Legit comparison.

If you're into those RPG style games, than I guess this game is great for you. I liked the customization of the toon(character) and the races you could be. It was just boring during the beginning when you're handcuffed. I know it's not that long, but after I was uncuffed it was sooooo slow. I hate the melee in the game. It looks like you're slicing at absolutely nothing. Just thin air.

The magic and stuff is okay. I like how you can hold the spell and continue to burn your enemies. The atmosphere is pretty cool too, although I prefer Fallout's 50's era a lot more than the medieval look of Skyrim. Even with Fallout I'm just bored silly with it. I could never get into those games.

To me, it was just too much hype, but a lot of people seem to like it so far. I'll probably give it a second chance soon.

If you like massive RPGs with endless replay value that are totally immersive and generally awesome, you'll like Skyrim. It's not a game where you just speed through the main quest in one playthrough - The Elder Scrolls has always been about the journey and the atmosphere.

It's better than Oblivion in every way. It's an outstanding game.

After being headphone-less for a month, I finally bought a pair!

Even the lowest setting on all my electronics are too loud for me! My old headphones had terrific volume control, but these ones rely on the machine one, so damn, I got to find a way to make everything lower otherwise I'm going to make myself go deaf.
Hm... I wonder if I can use the old volume-control mechanism with my new headphones with some splicing? Anybody know if this could work?

A month? I couldn't do a day. Found the warranty and replaced them immediately!

I have no volume tips, but if you ever need another pair of headphones, I recommend Senheiser brand. Badass and durable!

In other news, I'm downloading Mission Hill! I guess I know what I'm doing tonight....with Senheiser headphones.

Re-writing notes is....yeah. This is a strange sensation this. It's the apex of being motivated and yet very borred at the same time.

I like fallout more than elder scrolls, but i understand the hype about it. You really have to take the time to play the game though, otherwise it will seem kinda boring in the beginning. I would play Skyrim if I knew someone I could borrow it from or showed up in a pawn shop for like 10 bucks. Pawn shops FTW.

If you want some badass headphones try "Beats" by Dr.Dre. Those have so much bass in them. Downside, they are expensive as fuck. $300 for the nice pair. I def don't have money like that. Lol

I'm actually quite dissapointed with them. The sound quality is crap and so is the noise-cancelling traits they apparently have. Adding to the dismay, the music I listen to has little to no bass.

You know what sucks about Skyrim? The fact that I've got to share my playtime with my two brothers.

Needless to say I pick Jax/Nighwolf, Jax/Sub-Zero and Jax/Nightwolf and beasted on him. I wouldn't have picked them had I not been privy to the online shenanigans.

He quits during the last match and calls me a cheap fuck. He also deleted me from his friend's list.

MK9 online is so fucking shit. I've also been playing offline for like a week now and forgot all about the delay and lag. I loved playing with you, it's just the net code is so shitty.
