Actually, Psychic has ways of getting around Dark if you teach a psychic pokemon Thunderbolt or Blizzard and then have a Special defense move such as light Screen, a Psychic pokemon would have a chance against a dark type. Also the Pokemon "Xatu" has the ability "Miracle Eye" which enables it to use Psychic attacks on Dark type pokemon.

I've seen an uncut episode of Pokemon where James from Team Rocket wears fake boobs and taunts Misty about how she's not mature enough to have "these" rotf.
