I'm 23 and he's 34, apparently he thinks an 11 year age gap is an issue, but only when we're not in bed together. It obviously doesn't phase him when he's buck naked for 2 hours. And because of the age gap, I've my hands tied: I can't react like I normally would without the "immature child" card being pulled (which it will) and I can't ask him where we even stand without being labeled as the "needy younger man" either.

I think I'm going to just give him the cold shoulder and stop all contact. I might be younger than him but I'm not stupid enough to tolerate this all for some sporadic sex.

Good sex can be had many places, so you should definately dump this guy if it is getting this complicated. It simply isn't worth it then. I've been in a similar situation and if it goes on like this, it will just end up with someone getting hurt, because it sounds like there are some feelings getting involved that shouldn't even be involved. And if he treats you like that, give him the boot. Who knows, he might end up coming crawling back and apologizing. ;)
