People people what's with all this arguing for? Over opinions & how people react to them? What does that matter I mean honestly, there is no need to act like children over it. I am not trying to insult anyone on here everyone has been nice to me but from my perspective when I read people's posts it seems like some people take things too damn seriously on here.

What kind bothers me is what I heard on the news today when I was swimming. I heard about how they're bringing psychologists into this report about what to do in a situation with your children and talk to them about such horrific incidents such as the Colorado Theater Massacre.

If I have a child that comes up to me and begins talking to me about some horrific crime that happened, I would tell them in a way where they'd understand and it wouldn't fear them for life. I remember how before the last Harry Potter book came out, the same thing happened. "What happened if Harry dies, how are you going to cope with your child about death?"

You let them know that this isn't some sort of fantasy world they're living in, they have to realize that not everything lives forever at one point of their lives.

When 9/11 happened, I was 11. Despite that my parents were not pleased that the school did not have any kind of announcement about it, I heard it from one my classmates (And at the time, I did not believe them because I thought they were just making stuff up) It's not like we were at an age where we didn't need to be sheltered from death. As soon as my parents told me about what happened, I immediately got taught about how there are horrible people in this world and not everyone likes us. Did this bother me to a point where I was fearing for life? No, but it made me realize that not everyone is a nice person and began questioning more at school on why they didn't tell us about this. I got in trouble a little bit for trying to bring something up into further discussion that they didn't want to talk about, still, I wanted to know why I couldn't be told this the day of the attack, and why we needed to be sheltered.

I say about when they're eight years old is when it's the perfect time to talk to them about things like that... Only if they ask. But also, keep in mind that your children should know that this is reality and not some sort of imagination land they live on too if they don't ask anything about death.

It just really bothered me that they have to make a big deal about how children could react. They react to the way they would react... by questioning things to their parents.

Playing MK9. After a year I'm just starting to notice how easily I'm beating the Arcade ladder on Expert with three rounds on. Even with I use Sheeva *My worst character* it's easy.

Because I don't like false courtesy.

I feel even worse telling them to have a nice day when I, as a customer, get to leave and enjoy whatever product I just bought while they get to work more. It's almost like I'm saying "enjoy working" which makes me sound like a huge ahole.

I don't tell them to have a nice day. I say "It must suck having to sit around here all day." when they ring my stuff up. And that starts various conversations. i learned when I was little when a clerk said "I hate my job." that they won't have a nice day. But hey, at least they get money for it.
