Black Cat could increase her chances of avoiding several bullets, but Scarlet Witch can increase the probability of Black Cat shooting herself.

Seriously dude I do know that Scarlet Witch is one of THE MOST POWERFUL Marvel characters and I don't deny that she could defeat A LOT of Marvel characters, however you shouldn't state your opinion as if you were stating facts. Here are facts:

Energy: Wanda can teleport and master the elements through her hex powers as well as affect probabilities however she can be injured just like any normal human if caught off-guard. If overextended, Wanda's hexes could backfire, causing probability to work against her wishes or to undo previous hexes. Formerly, Black Cat's bad luck could turn against those around her including her allies, however she now fully controls her powers and this is no longer an issue. Her powers over probabilities can be actively cast, but they also affect her passively, meaning that, unlike Wanda, her luck powers can save her even she stands idly by or even when she's asleep. Wanda has to cast her probability powers whereas Felicia's are permanent.

Fighting Skills: Wanda was trained by Captain America and Hawkeye. Felicia is a black belt in karate goju-ryu and judo, and knows other martial arts too, plus she relies on her physical prowess much more than Wanda.

Physical Strength: Wanda possesses the normal strength of a trained human. Black Cat is as physically strong as Captain America and can lift up to 800 pounds.

Speed: Black Cat is known for her speed in combat. She can also reach a top speed of 40 miles per hour (65 kph) when she runs. Wanda has the speed of a normal human being. She can uses her powers to teleport in some universes.

Intelligence: Both are really smart. Wanda is a master of magics and Black Cat is a master infiltrator, thief, martial artist and spy.

Endurance: Black Cat has superhuman agility and evasiveness, both have normal physical endurance and their probability manipulation grants them both a special protection.

Weaknesses: Also, although Wanda appears to be currently sane, her mental stability is still questionable, and after the events of the Skrull Secret Invasion, she still appears quite sane if powerless and lacking her previous memories. And it is unknown of whether or not she truly has any physical weaknesses as of now. Felicia would probably risk her life to save a cat, otherwise she has no known weaknesses.

Actually when you look at these stats, Black Cat seems to have the advantage, but Black Cat is, and always will be, a thief more than anything else.

Scarlet Witch was given tremendous powers and I do think that she has good chances of winning in a one-on-one against most of Marvel characters because she is such an overpowered character.

But I'm okay with that, because honestly if Black Cat was overpowered I probably wouldn't like her as much.

And to me, no other character will ever be as beautiful and sexy as Felicia

First off, I apologize if it seemed as if I was being an asshole and acting as if I was speaking complete truth.

I do, however, strongly feel Scarlet Witch is capable of defeating Black Cat.

As for the stats you posted, I feel that physical strength and endurance are both void, considering both women's intense level of mental power. Regarding their mental power, I feel Black Cat's ability to manipulate luck can only go so far. Felicia can only play with outcomes to be either in or out of one's favor. Wanda, however, can fiddle with any aspect of reality.

I do agree with you on Wanda being mentally unstable, which is her greatest flaw. I also agree that Black Cat has a much greater degree of control over her powers. Nevertheless, Scarlet Witch has the ability to conjure the most bizarre of outcomes. Just about anything she does has the potential for catching Felicia, or anyone else for that matter, off guard, and I doubt Felicia's Bad Luck can counter Wanda's magic at large levels, even with Wanda's chances for fatigue.

With that said, I say Scarlet Witch has a much greater advantage, but if her mental state gets the better of her, Black Cat could definitely win.
