Do people receive DPs anymore?
No, because people don't post anything worth any DPs except for maybe a few people who actually work to make something cool. I haven't seen an awesome thread or a post with really good content on this site for a very long time. The only threads being made is forum filler threads, because there is nothing interesting to chat about. The only interesting stuff going on here is the small pieces of Injustice news we get and Riyakou's fan-made character themes, imo.
MKO has become a time-killer forum, a place you go to when you got nothing else to do.
According to the rating rules, revised last year, people do post DP-worthy things. The fact that it's written "pre–webmaster change" works as some kind of a scapegoat here seeing how e.g. ~Crow~ keeps on being listed. Still it should moot absolutely nothing. Other rules have been updated several times, this year alone, except the outdated Fan Submission rules.
- Good ratings (1 or more dragons/points) are given to those with good posts (mostly intelligent, thought provoking, helpful or beneficial to the community, but criteria can vary).
It's not worth it to create thought-out threads if there's no activity though the blame shouldn't fall upon the users. Whether or not you consider my threads worthwhile is completely up to you but for example I have made a couple of Injustice threads with new tidbits about Injustice just recently.

There have been changes for the worse for sure. It was never properly explained – with sensible basis – by Mike as to why Garlador was raped and fatally murdered. OR: Why you were banned "for creating a double account" which actually wasn't the case – yet Mick never apologized?
After that, the community rules were rewritten so that you're no further able to create another account in your household – where else in the Web would you encounter such a rule?! – probably also to "justify" your ban. Anybody selling any of the 3rd Gen Pokemon games? Kind of looking for legit copies, as I keep on seeing the same stock photos on eBay and finding sellers from China, all of which have at least one negative review about their Pokemon games being pirated versions.
