It's true that women are portrayed as ditzy and subservient in Duke Nukem games, but it's done in the name of satire, so I don't consider it to be too heinous a crime. Duke himself is a walking stereotype of males: egoistic, aggressive, musclebound, crass, and horny. To me, that's part of what makes him, and his games, so damn funny. Don't forget, also, that his name is Duke Nukem. That says a lot all by itself. Admittedly, though, the bathroom/juvenile humor is probably generally going to find more favor with males than females...
Anyway, as for DNF itself, I can't wait to get my hands on it. It's one of only two games i plan on buying either on launch, or very shortly thereafter, this year (the other being MK2011). My concern, though, is that it's been getting so much attention and hype lately, and so much attention has been paid to the fact that the game's been in development for roughly fifteen years, that it might cause people to elevate their expectations well past what reality permits. Personally, I just want to DNF to deliver what the original DN3D did fifteen years ago: a solid, fun, and funny game, even if the technology isn't breaking much new ground (although the Build engine was fairly impressive in 1996, and the scale of some of the levels in DN3D was unprecedented at that time).
