When I first saw that I was like "well shit Freddy Krueger just caused J-R to leave, WTF?!?!" haha.

I can't remember the last time I was so angry about something videogame-related before. I was REALLY pissed off. I have come to accept that Freddy is a guest character in the new MK, but I still have the same opinions about it - that I don't think he belongs and that he stole a spot from another possible MK character as the 4th DLC. But alas, that is for another discussion.

I am still very much disappointed about how the staff has handled the current situation about Garly's thread.

Wow, I finally return to the forums after mind-numbing playthroughs of Skyrim and Dead Space 2 to find some sort of civil war going on here. I've read the posts but have yet to find out what was truly going on. So please, for a somewhat experienced member, can somebody tell me the long and complete version of what the heck happened here?

It really isn't worth going over again. It seems to have been settled regardless of personal opinion.

I like that Garlador's posts are somehow clutter, but we need whole separate forums for 2D MK, 3D MK, and MK series general. Because that's streamlined.

I haven't heard or managed to catch up with Garlador about this situation, so, I'm wondering, does anyone know what finally did happen with his threads?

Last thing I heard was about a mod editing replies, edited posts, deleted messages, etc.

I got a kick out of my post, and that's really all I care about.

I'll touch on what Grime and J-spit are saying quickly. For a long time I was one of the proponents of changing the 92-00 and 02-08 names to 2D and 3D. It makes it easier to recall what games belong in what forums when you think of them in terms of gameplay as opposed to what years they came out. I also, however, wanted to see the MK General forum gone, because I've always found it kind of pointless. It makes more sense to have a sub-forum of character discussion threads than a forum of misfit MK threads. Every forum on this site should serve a discernible purpose, and the MK General forum doesn't really do that. I digress, and besides it isn't (and never was) up to me anyway. Stay classy, cats.
