I've been replaying this fatality for like a minute, but it makes no sense towards me.

He rams your entire self to a concrete wall and somehow your skeleton and everything attached gets stuck to the wall, while somehow he also pries your skin off...

Am I the only one that finds this game a bit too good to be true? I'm not saying that it looks horrible or whatever, I just don't really... believe it.

If this game is fake, its a good fake.

If this game is real, its a shitty game.

Implying that the website, gameplay videos, character bios are fake too.

Of course its all fake. I don't know anyone would be gullible enough not to see it immediately. The entire website is amateur, there is no copyright or producer, and..... you can see the name label on the green guys underwear.....

Why would you put effort, dedication and time on a supossedly "fake" game that, not to mention, has it's own "fake" website, "fake" character bios and "fake" gameplay videos. Yeah, I feel the need to repeat myself there.

The fact that website it's amateur doesn't mean the game isn't real. It may very well be a PC or Indie Game so I don't see why they would promote it so much.

And the entire website could have been cooked up by a student in a matter of hours. All the writing is poor, with bad english and simple errors. All the 'characters' are simple digital photos edited in photoshop.

Check out the Adam Chaplin (another Necrostorm "production") trailer. Doesn't the scenery, as well as the titular character, look familiar?

As for the argument that the hoax is too elaborate to be a hoax, ever heard of a publicity stunt? It's a great way to get lots of people to see your work. I definitely don't think the hoax was thrown together just for laughs. Some other plausible motives behind this hoax:
1. The game is actually a movie that looks like a video game (by far the most likely, to my mind).
2. The game is really a game, but the deathrip clips are live-action and are only being used to promote the game.
3. The game is real, and the deathrip clips are being used in the game, but only as live-action cutscenes.

I'm sorta afraid that they're only focusing on the graphical content.. And that the gameplay itself is going to create a vaccuum because of that.

Otherwise, it does look pretty cool, even if it's fake.

Also, why do you mark it as "fake" because of the grammar? The creators do not speak english as their national language, and that's enough for me.

Gotta agree with that one. It sounds like something straight out of those horrible, old MK clones that tried to change the MK-Rip-off-content more "original" by calling them with different names.

I don't even know why these things need to have names. I have no problem with old-school finishing moves in a game, but trying to name them by force seems so stupid. "Fatality" sounded cool, but Blood Storm's "Critical mass" is where I lost it.

Fatality is ok. Brutality is ok. Heroic Brutality is fucking idiotic. And Babality and Animality are beyond idiotic.

Deathrip is Animality-level stupid.

I do not have any information on this "game". But, based on what I've seen, this game being fake is the best case scenario. If it's real, it's piss awful.
