In my honest opinion i don't think it was because after all the bad calls the ref made they still had a chances to win the game and they didn't produce because they let a few calls that granted didn't go their way and in their position it could have gotten either way but they let the calls get in their heads. Just look how they played during the 2 min warning in both the 2nd and 4th quarter very poor clock management. They could have had a touchdown at the end of both quarters and if they did they would have won 24-21. they let parker get a 75 yard touchdown run. They let the few bad calls effect their play and after the game they complained about that which shows thety lost their heads. Stevens even though had 1 touchdown he dropped alot of passes. Passes in critical situations. I still can't tell if rolisburger was in the end zone or not. I think teh seahawks sealed their own fate because time after time they dominated this game. A few bad plays the parker run, the randel el touch down, key dropped passes, poor clock management, and letting a few calls though they had to right to argue let them stick in their heads the whole game and after. Thats the reason they lost not becuase the refs. I do say though the steelers didn't play like superbowl champions but they kept their kool thoughout the game and that was the difference.

don't forget it was that one touchdown that was questionable they got the other 2 without dispute Again the seahawks had plenty of chances to redeem themsleves but they gave it away each time. They should have been up atleast 10-0 after the first maybe 14-0. Should have scored atleast 3 before the half. They dominated the game they just let a few calls get in their heads it was more mental then physical. Even after the end of the game u know what was the first comment from mike holdgrem it was the refs gave away the superbowl that a sign that your head wasn't in the game after a few calls.

I agree with killerkill, but i agree with m0s3ph about it too, it was the refs who won the game for pittsburgh, because if you take away big bens td seattle loses by 4, but i agree with killerkill that it let them kill there spirit and finish them off.

Nothin else to rate huh? Maybe linebackers or Db's? Need something to do until the draft, and beat the blade.

Ref blown calls:

- Roethlisberger's reach (he was short)
- Phantom holding on Seattle
- Phantom hold on a FG
- Phantom pass interference on a Pittsburgh drive which led to a TD.

refs blow calls in every game though that never stopped seattle or any other team and like i said none of it was in the 1st quarter where they had a chance to basically blow pittsburgh away. They let pittsburgh hang around in the game early. Just remember a few weeks earlier where a ref blew an interception in the pittsburgh indy game with tory polmalu and porter came out and said that it was fixed lol.

True, but Pittsburgh won that game (if you're talking about the playoffs)

However, yea a blown call here and there can be fixed with the challenging, but these blown calls could not be challenged becaue they were penalites, which I think should be added. Coaches should be allowed to challenge penalties.

That i do agree with you that there should be challanges for pentalties. "having a flashblack of Giants vs seahawks where the giants had like 12 false starts lol". It doesn't change the fact though the seahawks did lose that game lol. by that game i mean the super bowl

Getting back to what killerkill said, I think it would be complete BS if a coach could challenge a false start. I mean the big things, like a pass interference, face mask, late hit out of bounds, that stuff.

I never said they should challenge that. I just thought a bout that when u mention calling pentalies that becuas ethen it would be impossible. The game would last 7 hours. I do agree with u though.

Anyways i had my first draft earlier today on nfl.com in a diff leauge then the one i created. i will say i had a great draft its a 12 team leauge and i want to know what you guys think about my team.

QB Micheal Vick
WR Steve Smith
WR Santana Moss
RB Shawn Alexander
RB Steven Jackson
TE Jermey Shockey
DEF Chicago
K John Kasey

Reserves
QB Dante Culpepper I hope he can be my starter by week 3 or 4
WR Rod Smith
WR Mushin Muhammed
RB Cedric Benson
DEF Green Bay
TE Marcus Pollard

Also i m in a possible trade sitation this guy i offered a deal to him during the draft and he said he'll think about it.

It is i give up Steven Jackson and Santana Moss for Larry Johnson and Roy Williams WR detroit. Even though the deal seems alittle crazy he needs a #1 reciever he got alot of sub pars Wideouts so i give the #1 reciever he needs, because he has a nice rb core he can give up johnson with martin dunn and johnson. I basically want to solidfy my running back situation for the season and i can afford to give up moss because i sitll have steve smith and with williams have a few good #2s wiht muhammed, smith and williams. So in a way its win win for both of us and if this trade goes down all i need is a bonafied #1 qb starter and i can prob get one in free agency.

I had alot of fun today, Eli was an awesome guy. Unfortunly the lady pointed the camera down when i was taking a picture with him but i have a pic of him passing. I also caught 3 balls from him :). I have a few pictures of sinorce moss he was an awesome guy very out going and was enjoying it very much. He posed in his picture, :) very fun and i threw a pass to him. Matt lienert was happy but didn't show it he kept his serious side and threw on par with eli on pratice throws. I caught one ball from him. Veron davis didn't do very much all he did basically was posed caught a ball and he had a very high vertical jump i was amazed. Though i got a nice pic of him. Eli threw a deep pass over this building to sinorce moss again i was amazed. I also got a nice picture of Cris Carter he was a kool guy i talked to him for a minute before he left. Overall it was very fun. Oh yea i got pics of sexy refs these ladies were hot lol :). Acually more guys were hitting on the lady refs then talking to the pros lol.
