Fair enough that you hated "Immortal", I fucking hated that song aswell. However - Don't say rock sucks because of a song that has nothing at all to do with rock music. Adema are a half arsed nu-metal band, the lead singer is even related to that overly sensitive Jon Davis pansy.

Don't say rock sucks because you don't like a nu-metal song, they have nothing to do with eachother. Nu-metal has nothing to do with rock, the same way (despite the name) it has nothing to do with metal either.

Anyways, rock wins hands down for me. Writing music isn't something that anybody can do, it takes talent and quite a bit of learning to do it properly (simple chord progressions thrown together don't make a song, it makes Blink 182 or GC). Rap though... Without meaning any disrespect, I could write a rap song with barely any thought at all. I'm already great at making things rhyme since I tend to write like that anyways, and if I can write complex vocal lines changing from key to key then I can definately find a flow for words that don't even need to be in a musical key.

Good god! everywere I go I see that stupid stupid stupid stupid word: "Nu-Metal"... I cannot express how fucking annoying that is. I am gracious that you are defending rock here, but I really think it would be more difficult for you to prove your point and say that a certain type of rock sucks at the same time. "nu-metal", regardless of if you like it or not, IS rock. It may be shitty, but it's rock. I'm not to fammiliar with Adema, but this isn't the first time I have seen someone quickly lable something they don't like.

Metal is the only music for me. I like angry music, it pumps me up, gets the adrenaline and testosterone pumping. I mate listening to metal for shit sakes. Slayer, Hatebreed, White/Rob Zombie, Sepultura, Pantera, Superjoint Ritual, Coal Chamber, DevilDriver, Cradle of Filth, Manson, Lamb of God, Slipknot, etc. I dont give a shit, ill listen to any metal, old skool or "nu".
