My first thought was Shaheen (Tekken 7). Always like to see both games make use of major cultural centres they haven't tapped. Interesting that both seem to have a lot of fast jumping kicks. I wonder if that's an anime reference. Probably wouldn't be my go-to for a Middle Eastern fighting style, but I guess the biggest cliches are weapons based. Might've expected more hands and holds.

Looks like a good addition, any way. One of the most immediately appealing new additions from the last couple of games.

Dunno how I feel about the Dragon Ball Z scouter.

I believe that's 11 characters now outta 16. So what, 2 more new and 3 returning? I don't know how it works.

Yeah,something like Karin announced at Tokyo Game Show on sunday,2 more World Warriors,new characters Laura from Brazil and Zen from India,there is the 16 character roster,Alex and Urien are supposed to be in the game,maybe via DLC,also new boss.

ragnarök, how legitimate do you think the leaks are? Were Rashid and Necalli leaked before being revealed?

I believe the list came out right when Necalli was revealed. But yes it did have Rashid listed on there and apparently the dude who leaked has been accurate before. There are two other new characters that have yet to be revealed on that list, Laura (rumored to be a Brazilian agent of Shadaloo that uses jiu jitsu) and Zen (rumored to be Hindi).

R Mika, Karin, Alex, and Urien were also rumored and Mika happened to be true so it seems legit. If Zangief and Dhalsim are true then that only leaves Guile, E Honda, and Blanka as the only ones left out from the original 8 (Balrog and Sagat if we include the boss characters as well). But since this is a street fighter game I guarantee all will show up eventually, especially Guile since Nash is back and does play a bit different. If Karin is in then I'm sure Sakura will be as well.

Ken Bogard,the french guy leaked SFV running on UNreal Engine 4,no Super,Ultra versions,V Trigger mechanic,4 newcomers,Rashid(Africa),Laura(Brazil),Zen(India),and one unnamed that is now Necalli,New Boss,all this was around december 2014,way back before Rashid and NEcalli where announced,so i think this guy is legit.

The other believable leak/rumor comes from Siliconera,they predicted Cammy and Birdie,announced,then they predicted R. MIka,Karin,Urien and Alex,R Mika announced,Karin is supposedly coming sunday,Urien and Alex maybe DLC,i really want to see some reps from SFIII,both of them would be great. All of this sounds real and spot on,let's see what happens.

Karin and Urien would be underwhelming. If I could pick two characters who weren't in SFIV, one from Alpha and one from III, I'd go with Sodom and Oro.

Already looks ten times better than the Necalli guy.

Oro is the most powerful character in the SFIII Saga,he fights with just one arm,his other limb is off to another dimension,Oro via DLC would be dope,even Q,you mentioned Sodom,they can squeeze all the characters via DLC.

Apparently Rashid is "[a] friend indeed", so presumably one of the new fighters will be his weed dealing rival.

I do wonder whose friend he is with that tech piece, though. Interpol? His kicks remind me a little of SFV Ken. Maybe a Dubai tech baron and training partner? The answer is probably already out there.

Giving all of the SFIV newcomers a run for their money, too. Hope they can keep it up with the other new additions, and maybe jazz up the likes of Abel and El Fuerte in DLC add-ons.

Juri and C. Viper are probably the only new characters from SF4 that have a chance of returning, but if Laura is indeed an agent of Shadaloo, that'll probably minimize C. Viper's chances. To be honest most of the new SF4 characters were pretty underwhelming. Abel, Rufus, El Fuerte, Gouken, and Hakan weren't much to look at nor play as and Decapre was Cammy 2.0.

If you watch the trailer on the previous page, he seems to have Kabal`s backpack too. More tech than just the scouter.

C.Viper isn't a Shadaloo agent, so I don't see why Laura being one minimizes C.Viper's chances. If you think about it, Chun-Li is an interpol agent, Cammy is a Delta Red agent, and Juri is a SIN agent, and they are all connected/rivals.
