I mained the hell out of Vega in SF4-USF4. His announcement threw me off guard, totally didn't expect him to be in the initial roster. Can't explain how happy I am for his inclusion. I've been so dedicated to that character it's not even funny. I don't compete but I'd even go as far to say I'd go up against some of the best fighters out there if I had the chance but I'm too old and too busy with my life for all that jazz.

His design looks so dope. The only thing as of now as far his gameplay is that they've taken away from him being a charge character? as of this point all his moves are with circular motions but I've read that they're doing it for testing purposes and to see how it pans out. Regardless, I'll main him in SFV as well.

Rose plz..... ;__; With Charlie, Birdie, and blond Vega, this game seems like an Alpha throwback....they just gotta!!!

....But I'm a little worried. Supposedly Bison has her projectile reflect now? :(

Maybe they can give her a modified version of that Tarot Card Teleport she used in Street Fighter X Mega Man....that was pretty bitchin'.

Ryu is not the only character with a fireball, so what's the problem if Rose and Bison share a move. Plus Rose's reflect has different properties, she can absorb that shit or hit it into the air rather than just return to sender. If she doesn't make it, it wasn't because she and Bison shared a move.

Rose is one of the more popular Alpha characters, and my favorite female. So I hope she comes back. But with a 16 character roster, and 4 of which being new characters, who can really say how much representation Alpha will get?

The thing is, a projectile reflect is usually a unique move in a game, whereas just having a projectile generally isn't. I can't think of a fighting game where two characters both had a reflect (unless I'm forgetting about something). EDIT: Totally did. Forgot about Kenshi & Nightwolf, and Kenshi & Kitana.

There may be hope yet....still want that tarot teleport, though.

Capcom is doing everything right with this game right now. I never thought in a million years R.Mika would make another game, but here she is. And she looks fun as hell to play.

I'd say Rose's chances are pretty slim now. If there was to be another Alpha character I'd bet Karin.

It's nice that they're bringing back characters that we haven't seen in a while though.

I never played Alpha 3, but she looks entertaining.

I'm hoping for my Alpha III/SFIV main Cody, but I doubt he'll be in the main roster. DLC would be nice. Sodom, Rolento, and Adon would also be welcome.

I'm loving the Chun li and Cammy. I didn't even recognize Cammy at first. And thank fuck I preordered digitally.

Loving Ryu! Looks much more in keeping with the other characters' new designs. Not quite the Ryu Final look I was hoping for, but in some ways better.

The rest of the pre-order skins look really weak, though. Cammy is mildly interesting, but not adding a whole lot. I hope they're a sign there'll be other skins in the game. I can't fathom how you do that dress and not an Alpha version of Chun-Li. Total no brainer! Hope it's in as a default alt. (Not holding my breath).

It seems like Capcom knows NRS has a wind character they're not using and are like "Hey, if you're not going to use wind moves then we will."

My, the reveal date's an unfortunate coincidence...I wonder if the media will blow this up.

But Rashid looks great, and I thought the same damn thing, dude. Gettin' that Fujin fan money. Definitely going to be a character I use heavily.
