lol, i wasn't expecint you (erik) to join in. that was crazy. did you like my new taunts? does anyone like to edge grab? i barely started using this technique a few days ago, and i find it very pleasing, especially whenever you see your oppenent slowly float down anyone got any tips on how to be a better edge grabber or edge guard? that is one of my main weaknesses

I was crap yesterday.

I used to edge grab when Mario was my main in Melee. It's harder with Toon Link. He's floatier. But it's easy to avoid edge grabbing when your b-up does damage. You just hit the person on the upstroak, and you're usually okay. Reverses it sometimes.

And, that match where I was Diddy was hilarious. Banana peels just everywhere. I don't remember which of you was Jigglypuff, but whenever they'd go to roll, I'd drop a banana peel, and you'd be forced to roll right into it. Bwahaha.

bah! Items! That Yoshi match should've been mine lol. I actually dropped the controller and started rofl when all of those items rained down on you lol.

Anyways, can you turn off the items Micro? A competitive match never has items on. Well, tournament matches never do. b

Wow, that was weird. With the items, you were a God (you destroyed me in the first match O_o), and then without them, well yeah. Try not to rely on items too much, because in competitive matches, items are off.

btw gg micro. I had to quit the first match because my dog kept jumping on me trying to get me to take him out.

This thread shouldn't die. Unfortunately, for the sixteenth time in my life, the Verizon DSL died and thus no router. Thus no Brawling. I hate how fickle it is. I think they're doing it on purpose to make my family get FiOS.

Anyways, I did every event match on hard, except for one. I can't defeat 50 Yoshi's in two minutes on co-op mode. Any advice? They just spawn too slowly.

I've been playing with Yoshi alot, learning a ton of techniques. I gotta say that I've improved my game alot with Yoshi. Also, I learned this new tech with Yoshi called the Dragonic Reverse which is like a wavedash. So yeah, I'm awesome with Yoshi

I think it is dumb how Wario has twice as many costumes as everyone else. I wish everyone had radical alternate costumes.

It's all about the techniques. I've been reading some guides on Smashboards and stuff to improve my game. If you want to improve yourself in brawl, try reading some guides around the smash community.
