Lucas being in the lower part of any tier list for Brawl just shows how much of a joke tier lists are.

I main with Lucas, but if you've ever watched players compete at a high level, then you'd understand why he isn't as equipped to win as other characters.

Of course, I'm the idiot who mains Ike, like all the newbies.

He's got good launching skills. But they aren't top-tier, and they're really slow. Speaking of which...

He's slow as crap! Granted, he's not the slowest, but he still doesn't move fast. AT ALL.

HE has no procectile. Granted, his B attack is awesome and has some of the best launch potential in the game (It's what I used on Diddy Kong to launch him off-screen in 3 seconds, it's among the bst) and is chargable. Granted, over-charging does 10% damage, but...

I wish Ike wasn't my best character.

I guess I could switch to Lucario, but than I have to take a new character in SSB4.

Ike, Lucario, Samus and Sheik are my mains. Even though Ike is slow, I can still kick some major ass with him.

I main Lucas and Ness with a minor in Ganondorf.


I also minor in Squirtle and Ivysaur (only separately in Project M)

I used to main Ganondorf in Melee, but I hate him in Brawl.

Lucas got arguably more buffs than anyone in Project M when compared to Brawl, which is what the tier lists are based on, and the game that Lucas isn't very good in.

I used Luigi and Ness mostly.

I still use him in normal Brawl and do equally fine.

That doesn't mean he should be raised on the tier list. You're a smart guy, you should know this.

I play Lucas all the time in Brawl and I get called names by my friends. :(

Him and Mario are my go to guys (Mario being my main since SSB). I don't know what it is about Mario, but I just love playing as him.

We're so close to the SSB4 news. I'm so excited, I even made myself a LEGO Ike! (No pictures, I would if I coudl)

I knew an Animal Crossing character was coming but I would have preferred Tom Nook.

Mega Man looked a lot more fun than I would have expected.

Yup it should'be been Tom Nook.

Villager is my choice. He seems the most legitimate, considering all you ever see Nook do is run his shop and talk to you when you start the game. You see your character do EVERYTHING in the game, and, it adds to the excitement; on the 3DS version- download your AC; New Leaf character as your Villager! Seems pretty good for AC fans. And, AC is best represented by the villager.

I think the train as a stage was pretty freakin' smart. I myself would've preferred Nook's shop, but I'm fine with what I got.
Granted, this game has to wait for after I get my PS4, but still.

Sonic isn't going anywhere (if anything they should add Knuckles) and I doubt that there will only be one version of Link in the next game as well. The rest will probably be dropped. I could see others, like Olimar and Ike being dropped as well.
