haha honestly!! Pichu and young link where the most wastefull characters ever!!! at least falco and ganondorf where totally different looks-wise than the originals... and luigi is a classic and a must... and his moves where diffrent enough...
dr. mario was kinda cool cause i loved the original game... hehehe

I like this idea of Masterpieces. Its cool that you get to play classic games.

And I agree with the Pichu/Young Link comment. Well, even though I used Young Link more than Link. :P
ok that was a lame update.and yes i think young link was the lamest character.

Out of all of the clones implemented into Melee, Pichu was by far the most wasteful. I mean, ANOTHER electrical rat, that is WORSE than the original? At least Roy, Dr. Mario, Young Link, Falco, and Ganondorf could actually surpass or match the character they copied. Pichu, was just horrid.

What the hell @ masterpieces? They've added sooo much into this game. I really can not wait for the final product. But, seriously, who's going to be playing these demos? We have Brawl, for peeps' sakes!

Great update. I was thinking about getting all of these games, but decided to get DK Country because I played it as a kid. And there probably aren't going to be anymore new character updates because you will probably need to unlock everyone.

So is this game hitting stores on Feb. 10 or not, i was checkin out shit that wal-mart.com had and it says brawl comes out 3/20 or some shit....Anyone know for sure?

North American site now says March 9. Possibly the finally delay. Comes out next week in Japan, so another delay is unlikely.
