For sure man, I'd love to, are you in one of the bigger cities? I gotta check out all the less touristy parts of SA and some of the more iconic stuff too. I'm planning on going two years from now, shortly before or after I graduate from college.

I'm just dreading the flight I think it's 16 hours from Michigan lol


I live in Port Elizabeth. It's probably the 5th largest city behind Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria (Pretoria and Joburg have kinda developed into one city anyways). It's coastal and lot's of game parks and that sorta stuff near us. My family also own a farm about three hours outside the city. Great place to live, apart from sometimes having 4 seasons in 1 day.
