Well there is a few things you guys need to know (in reply to what was said above):

1. Hulk-Hogan is allowed to call me a "son of a bitch" and not get skulls for it?

2. Kabal20: I wasn't kicked from the chat for making trouble, thats the whole point...I was just kicked and banned from the chat.

4. ]{ told me he banned me from the site because I was "flaming" I wasn't flaming, I was defending myself...While the mods were removing my so called "flames" they were leaving all the insults from MKForces in the same thread about me and not doing anything, no skulls...no warnings...no removings of those threads...they only targeted ME.
The reason Scott steppted in WASN'T anything to do with "giveing me a second chance" it was because he had put in my edited threads that TMK was a "lesser" site that MKO. THATS'S why I was allowed back.

5. "I put the ban on him last time because he can't control his mouth and temper" Oh, I am sorry I didn't know talking to people on IRC was a crime...I wasn't breaking any IRC rules at the time, you just saw fit to kick me and ban me for no good reason...and everyone knows it, the bulk of your post was talking about shit from the past anyway. And even then it's full of lies and inconsistensies.

6. Missyanthrope: I used to be an IRC OP...I know what it's like and the people make the chat, not the ops...I think it's cool my friends made this thread for me...I didn't ask anyone to be unbanned but if you saw why I was banned you would see how much of a joke it was with people like TPB breaking there own IRC rules by telling me to "fuck off" ect..

You were banned because when I deleted your flames (the same as I deleted any flames directed against you) you had the nerve to put your flames back in the post.

Like I said, prove it. You got the logs from that day? If you did, you wouldn't dare show them in full knowing well you'd get caught lying like you always do. You weren't "talking" to anyone, you were being rude because you wanted to try and convince everyone that Potent_Seed isn't dead, despite that ]{0MBAT got the obituary, and you don't have jack shit to back up your claims, you still persisted, getting on everyone's (hey, if you wanna assume that everyone knows what you "know", I'll do the same) nerves about it. You wouldn't let it go, I let your sorry ass go. And even when you got smart-mouth with me and I kicked you, you still decided to act like a child and start spamming and cursing. This may be just me that feels this way (though I REALLY hope that isn't the case), but IMO, that statement is INCREDIBLY...wrong, to be polite. Let's say I get in the IRC. For some reason, I'm really pissed off at you (or Scott or Chris or whomever; it really doesn't matter and it doesn't necessarily have to do with what happened to TMK). So anyways, I decide to send you a Private Message when I insult you, your mother, your mother's mother. I'm REALLY graphic in my hatred towards you and the fatal things I wanna do to you. I even let you know that I'm well aware of where you live (I even provide ya with your exact address, to prove I'm not kidding around) and that I'm planning on visiting you "soon".

But since all of this was said in a Private Message, no action should be taken against me?

Just like my trying to explain to you that your forum ban was not for flaming, but for adding back in flames which I had already edited out, the same I edited out all the flames against you?

Well, to me everyone on IRC is on my side.
And you didn't edit out all the flames agianst me, they were there for 3 days after, I had to ask _Crow_ to remove them, because several ops had looked at the thread and done nothing. Just like the guy above calling me a "son of a bitch" all you mods didn't even skull him for that "flame".

Heh, why don't you paste the whole convo? The first time I laughed it was because The_Purple_Bunny made a comment about another thing which you left out. The second time I laughed was because of T_P_B's sarcasm.

Hmm. Frankly it doesn't matter why Total-MK was banned. His ban is staying in place because quite frankly I can't stand him. I don't mind him posting on the forums, as I don't have to talk to him directly, and we can keep our space and only talk when necessary. I don't hate him, I don't think he hates me completly, but I don't want him in the chat. Most of the reasons I do not welcome him there is yes, not becuase of things directly on channel, but things in private message. Can I keep him banned for things not said in channel?

Well, yes. Total-MK hates me at times, and a lot of the ops. He makes all of us uneasy, because even when given a second chance he has to refuel old arguments, that frankly I got tired of debating years ago. So Total-MK's ban is personal, more than anything. That may make me look like the bad guy here. If it that makes your opinion of me worse, then so be it.

We gave him a second chance, and he has continually at times swore at me, called me a f*cking this or that.. So why should I even have to justify his ban? Anybody who disrespects me or any of the channel ops is not welcome if I so see it. Even if it wasn't done in channel.

The reason for not pasting the whole conversation was because I only wanted to show that TPB was aggreeing his actions were unfair. You say It's sarcasm I say It's an confession of truth made to look like sarcasm.
