It's an old one, but thought i'd bring it up to find out what yours would be. There are different methods out there, but this is the most common.

To work out your porn star name you use the name of your very first pet as your Firstname, and the name of your very first street you lived in as your Surname.

Grizzly Pearsole. That is the first pet of mine that wasn't in a fish bowl and I'm not sure what street i first lived on, but I lived on pearsole since I was two to six. My friends do it with your moms maiden name and your first pet. Wow, my porn star name sounds like some kind of tattoo artist or piercing professional.
