Who cares if you don't understand the point of this thread. The thread starter knows his/her point of starting this thread. That's all that really matters.

It becomes a sad case when people start spamming threads like this one that doesn't concern them; and yet people who aren't gay STILL post in the thread. That's spamming and causing drama.

Junk mail control needs to be turned on to rid all the non gays who are complaining out of this thread.

I disagree. Being gay is not an opinion, like being a liberal or a conservative. Being gay is like being black or white; it's an identity. So being "against gays" is the same as "being against black people".

About this whole shout out loud if your gay, its not really nessecary anymore. Being gay isnt really a surprise anymore and there are enough gay people to not make a big deal about it. I really dont agree with homosexuality but i dont agree with gay bashers even more. Even though i think homosexuality is wrong, i dont think somebody should be hated for the way they decide to live their life and they deserve to be happy too.

First off: to all the people who love to say that "being gay is no longer an issue,"

1) Stop making it an issue but contributing to this thread, and

2) It is still a huge issue. Maybe not to you, because it doesn't concern you. I can understand that; for instance, I care very little about feminism. But the fact of homosexuality is still a major concern and will be until it is accepted socially (which it most certainly is not.)


Secondly: I am, indeed, gay, nor am I a "flamer," I am myself, I'm not a massive gay rights activist, nor do I care whether you like, agree with, or want to kill me because of it.

Anyway, seeing these posts where people do not agree with hmosexulaity is stil saddening. The fact is, people just don't understand and obviously by the posts you see here, they won't bother to take the time to try and understand. Man always hated what it didn't understand and the result was war, murder etc.

Why people cannot accept that some people prefer people of the same sex is beyond me. It's all apart of that thing called individuality that sets us apart. It says nowhere that all people are suposed to be the same. It isn't law! And it's definitely no crime to be gay.

To all the gay people here, be happy. Just deal with the haters as you will. It's not you that's in the wrong.

I totally agree, tgrant.

What trips me out is that people (mainly males) TEND to accept and welcome female homosexuality more than male homosexuality. That's not fair at all.

We see girls feeling each other up in rap videos. We see girls kissing girls on television shows and movies. It EVEN goes as far as "Girls Gone Wild" video tapes where females are having sex with each other; And all this female gayness tends to be overlooked and ignored like it's normal stuff.

But soon as two males are caught kissing each other or holding hands in public, people turn their heads and call them names like "Fag" and many young gay guys get beat up and teased in school and even killed for doing gay shit.

It's like gay females are looked at as being cool and gay males are looked at as being a disgrace to people.

It shouldn't go one way. If female homosexuality can be easily accepted, then male homosexuality should be equally accepted, as well.

It's all really based on the steryotype that men are supposed to be masculine creatures and being with another man sexually takes away from his masculinity.

Steryotypes SUCK.

This thread topic needs to go the way of the religious threads. The maturity level on the internet for the most part is way too low to discuss topics of this caliber. The word 'gay' is thrown around on this website more than I have ever seen anywhere else. An example is: 'Subzero's clone move is gay.' I just saw that one on here the other day. All talk like that shows is a lack of maturity, a lack of respect for other people, and a lack of intelligence. As a suggestion to anyone on this site who cares, and has the power to do something about it: sexual orientation topics need to be banned from this site. It would be one thing if a normal conversation could come of it, but it only ends up in a flame war and a bashing session.

I turn my head yes, I find it foul, but I don't call them fags. It's upto them at the end of the day, even though I don't agree with it I don't treat them no differently than I do with my friends.

People don't need to know your gay, nothing wrong with being proud about it. But why come out and say it? It just fuels people to hate on you. Keep it to yourself and no one has problems. That's the way I see it, not a hard concept.

i know for that fact that people dont need to know that im gay. but haha, the topic ask if theres any MK fan in here so i just simply answer . for me it doesnt matter to me if someone hate me for who i am, if they hate me, then they hate me. if someone say something offensive to me, i just reply "thank you" or "ok" and walk away. i grew up with a bunch of heavy "anti-gay" people and for that, i simply dont care what kind of "bad" label they put on me. im proud of who i am, and being myself is the only way to make myself happy. and yes, i should keep it to myself, but cant resist answering the question .

Haha... I am assuming that you are gay. But I don't think the definition of a gay man is acting, walking, or dressing like a female.

The definition of a gay male is this: he likes dick. That's simply that.

Now, I do believe that A LOT of gay men have feminine tendencies or too many female harmones which makes them "flame" or want to actually be a female. However, that is really a stereotype when it comes to the bottom line.

I know a lot of gay guys who don't even act or appear to be "gay". However, they do like some good dick every now and again. Just because they aren't drag queens doesn't mean they're straight.
