Blade, David Arquette would simpley blow Buckhouse Buck away.
Best? Too hard. Maybe Bret Hart, Benoit, Kanyon or Raven. I dunno. I stopped following wrestling a while ago.

Wrestling-wise, the worst would be Hulk Hogan, and the best would either be Angle or Benoit.

As Benoit would say, "Prove me wrong."

Worst: Hulk Hogan (the biggest name, yet the biggest ego, he killed WCW)
Best: Ric Flair (although his wrestling today isn't good, Flair made a name for himself for not being selfish in the lockeroom and allowing guys like Sting to achieve victories over him)

Best: For best of all time; Bret Hart. For best currently wrestling: Chris Benoit. Best all around wrestler (meaning in-ring and personality): Kurt Angle. Best wrestler who never held the world title: Curt Hennig.
Worst: Worst of all time, I gotta go with David Arquette. As for worst "actual wrestler" (meaning, was trained as such), that could be anyone from Jackie Gayda to Nathan Jones. As for worst world champion wrestler, it's a tossup between Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior.
To give you some idea of how unbiased I am in this, I frickin' HATE Bret Hart...but he was the best.

Best: Benoit/Jericho (I can't decide)
Worst: (Picks random Jobber from WWF '93 out of a bowl) Mark Starr
Ohh I have plently of old jobber names, just waiting to be revisited. Didn't you just love how badly roughed up the jobbers got on Raw in the ole' days?

Very tough question to answer. The real total package, a wrestler who is amazing in the ring, on the mic, and can work a crowd would probably be Kurt Angle. First and foremost, he's proved that he can be the best at anything he does. Also an mind-blowingly fast learner. Watch his first year and watch how quickly he becomes the most entertaining wrestler on the roster.
When it comes to making money, however, no one in America can hold a candle to Austin, Hogan, and the Rock. These three men made professional wrestling in their respective eras and could get a crowd into a match more than anyone else.
Bring in Japan and you have an entirely new realm of amazing grapplers to watch. But I'll stick with Angle.
Worst... that's a tough one too. I'll go with someone who has never had an entertaining match in his career and even when carried you couldn't get anything great out of him and that's Bradshaw. Billy Gunn's also pretty bad, botching every push he's ever been given and the only reason he's still employed is because he's been loyal to the company.

Best: Benoit, HBK, Triple H, Undertaker, Hogan(he may not be that great in the ring, but he put WWE on the map)
worst: Steven Richards, Steiner, JBL, and many more that I can't think of right now.

Stoped watching wrestling a long time ago but these are some of my best and worst:
Best: Any form of the Undertaker - whichever Undertaker it was, he was always top tier.
Old School British Bulldog - One of the last "real" wrestling matches I remember seeing was this great man vs Bret Heart, man that lasted a long time
RIP the legend that is the British Bulldog
(was born in my hometown so no wonder he's a favourite
come on the north of England
)
Old school Kane: Back when he didn't have a personality and it took 3 tombstones for the Undertaker to beat him, now anyone can get a upset against him.
Bret Heart: The best techinical wrestler of the "real" wrestling days.
Chris Beniot: If only he was 10 years younger him vs Bret Heart a few times would've been nice to watch.
Worst: Jeff Jerrert - damn guitar using cheat
Hulk Hogan - look up cheesiness you'll find him in the dictionary despite what he did for the business
Stone Cold + The Rock - Although I loved watching them they were made out as immortal and would either win all the time or get cheated, got boring after a while.
