so after today ( raven black adam) that leaves 4 slots open


wich means 2 heros and 2 villains unannounced

My thoughts exactly. If the heroes on the left and villains on the right is final then then we only have villains left to be announced.

Looks as if it is final that Martian Manhunter will not be on the initial roster. Such an injustice, I could think of a few characters that didn't deserve the spot as much as he did but got in. Oh well, they'll make millions more when they release him as dlc.

There will be more than 24 characters

Yeah maybe 25 with the boss...you know they are keeping the rest as DLC.

My money is still on 24. At least they updated the select screen this time. I was kind of annoyed that the red select screen we saw at E3 2010 was in the final build of MK9. I'm also loving Black Adam with hair.

unless they have the same roster screen from mk 9 where you press over and you have the 4 dlc charachters in there

I just hope they keep/make the select screen functional in terms of hidden selecting characters after they add the DLC characters. In MK (2011) if you were known for maining 2 characters, one of which was a non-DLC and the other was a DLC character you couldn't hidden select because the pop-up window for the DLC characters would give you away.

Poor Crazy Dominican, it happened to him at MLG, switching between Kitana and Skarlet.

If it's only 24, then we know the rest.

Sinestro, Shazam, Hawkgirl, and Doomsday are confirmed. That takes up 4 of the 6 left.

Then Ares and the girl from the achievement picture. That's the last 2.

That would be 24. So really, it only remains to be seen whether Ares is indeed playable, who for sure the girl in the achievement picture is, and if there's indeed only 24 characters(which looks likely).

Makes sense to me. Plus going by the select screen the last 2 are villains so i'm gonna go with Ares and Killer Frost (Or maybe Circe but I doubt it). And there you have the compete roster....YAY!

Meaning, he could have implied they aren't at 12 quite yet, about, and they aren't even halfway there. 10 or 11 is about 12, and not halfway to 24.

So it's not a guarantee that there's more than 24. It's possible, but at this point, looking unlikely.

As for the 3 secret fights, even if there are 3 secret fights, I don't see them being playable. 2 of those characters are involved in stage transitions(Darkseid and Croc), so that wouldn't make sense, and Grodd is huge compared to other characters. Twice the size of Harley it looked like.

Best to just expect 24, and if there's anymore, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Than to expect more and be disappointed with less. :P

On a brigther note, they did say they'd be doing more DLC than they did with MK. So if MK had 4 characters, maybe we'll get 6-8 for Injustice.

I wouldnt be disappointed if it was 24 characters. Id rather have 24 unique characters than 40 characters with repetitive looks and play styles anyday.

How did anyone ever doubt that Black Adam was in? I'm guessing that there are 2 unlockables maybe Darksied and Croc or maybe even Dr. Fate.

With that said I can't wait to see what Ares brings to the table.
