I knew actress Helen Slater who portrayed Supergirl/Kara in the 1984 version of "Supergirl." I haven't seen her films and television so much. She does look absolutely gorgeous! I have the original Supergirl movie on DVD.


Hey mkflegend, I have to ask a question. Why doesn't Clark show Kara the Fortress?

Hmm makes you wonder what their going to do within the next few episodes huh?Btw I haven't watched this show in a while and i hear dean cane turned up on the show,so has that eipsode already aired and if so what was his part in it?

Also,just so you guys know,Season2 of superboy gets released sometime next year on dvd.

To hotKira: To give a little tidbit, Helen Slater also voiced Talia in Batman: The Animated Series. As for why Clark doesn't show Kara the Fortress, I think it has to do with Jor-El not trusting her or Zor-El.

@hotkira, well pretty much what sub said. I think it's a trust issue right now...and especially now that MM was right about Kara(which she was even deceived until now since she knows by Zor-el) and Clark hiding the crystal from everyone except lana.

He'll only keep it a bigger secret now especially IMO.

Wow, this show always does this to me, opens up more questions than it answers! LOL! But it was pretty interesting.



Next week's show looks good, can't wait to see how it turns out.

Yeah, she'll be interesting to see if the rumor is true. GA and the JL coming back is indeed true though, the producers said it in both TV guide and Smallville mag, question is when exactly? Sometime mid season 7 most likely.

It'll happen, I'm sure of it at some point. IMDB is a great site to find movies, actors and such but noticed it's not always updated with TV shows.

Example, go to krypton.com or the cw forums etc and you'll see differently.

There are a few little things I want to add about last week's episode.

For one thing, I found it a bit odd for Clark to hug Lionel. Another thing was bit with Lara being at the Kent farm and house. I remember in the episode that had the flashback with Lara being worried about Clark not being loved, it's sort of contradictory. Also, it's strange that they would predict Clark would end up in Smallville and would be taken in by the Kents.

Anyway, I do hope tomorrow night's episode will fare out ok.

Ehh, the Clark hugging Lionel bit I was initially surprised but I do understand it afterwards...he did save clark's life and was technically "protecting him" last year from Lex, despite how awkward it looked as MMH explained last season.

I think Clark appreciates Lionel's help but I don't believe he's naive when it comes to Lionel nor does he see him as a replacement father figure for Johnathan Kent.

I see what you're saying on the Lara flashback, however I think she was just being overly cautious and somewhat in denial...even in last weeks show, she even said "they're primative but peaceful" or something.

In the future she says the same thing, but Jor-El rests her assure saying "I will send him to a good place" where people will love him and raise him. He will also have amazing abilities"

Something along those lines, I just believe it was one of those"overprotective motherly things" as oppose to Jor-El having more confidence in the Kents then anyone else in the House of El family...

Actually, on your last part allow me to refresh your memory SubZerothe7th. Early on a few years ago Jor-El visted Earth scouting it for his father as well as seeking a good place to one day send his son(Kal-El aka Superman) should he ever need to or when the time was right.

Jor-El knew all along and purposely sent little Kal-El to Kansas, Smallville where the Kents live.

Yes, I remember that episode. However, how would they know for sure that the ship would exactly land in Smallville and that the Kents, not another family, would be the ones to find him and raise him?

Where he landed there's no other farms that close other then the Kents, so I guess Jor-El figured so much?

I thought a similar situation would happen honestly that "Lara" is some how going to be a pawn for letting Zor-El re-released....I also remember the show last week where Zor-El was in say something like "I'll return one day" or something like that? We have Bizarro, Lex, Brainiac and Vandale Savage or someone who appears to be just like him the immortal Dr...(no doubt he will return and Subzerthe7th I did read a few months ago that "James Marsters" might indeed return but they wouldn't peep much after that....Brainiac will indeed return not a doubt in my mind at some point, however this time Clark has help with Flash, MMH, Green Arrow, Cyborg and Aquaman....this should play out VERY well and interesting hehe. Can't wait.

On tonights show, great show 5/5 for me for a few reasons. We get to see Lana's true "dark side" she would no doubt be a dark, vigilante if she had ultimate power....

Dark Lana>>Dark Phoenix hehe with those power wow...

And I was very impressed with how fast she adapted and learned her new abilities, wow lol

On tonight yes to the dude that mentioned the part about Lois's new BF yeah, he's doing something sneaky with those files and lying to lois already....with "poker game" or whatever. Wonder what role he'll play and what he's up to. I wouldn't be surprised if he's working for Lex to "keep her away from Lex and keep her out of his hair" and Frank tell her the "because I love you bit" but deep down that's not true, that's my theory...we'll see how that plays out.

Lex still has feelings for Lana, obviously....sad part is he's right about Clark not even trusting her anymore...I don't think deep down neither Lex nor Clark trust Lana anymore....

Chloe told Clark about Lana's "Isis" secret, as I knew she would eventually....

I did find it interesting to see that Chloe more or less threatened Lana at the end, I see more then just a minor conflict here in the future, not sure how or when but something big will happen between these two I think.
