Yeah, I agree. Clark did seem a little bit off but I noticed it in the flying up scene, he didn't leap he flew ever since that part it had me thinking lol.

The part that Clark and Lana goto see Chole. When Lana said it was strange she wasn't there, and clark just looked up. I knew it was Bizzaro.

Still im Anxious to see Brainaic.

I had my suspisions as well, but until the very end when his face "distorted" was when I was like, yup it's Bizzaro! And I too can't wait to see Brainiac again. Hopefully James Marsters wil reprise. And hopefully we'll find out wtf is up with Ole Daddy Dearest Jor-El! Sweet, I'm the 1000s post

I thought the writer's strike wasn't affecting this show, as Smallville always takes a "winter hiatus" around this time with a return mid-late January?

Nope, unfortunately the writers of that show are from LA it's just filmed in Canada most of the time.

Well, I still find it to be a load of bullshit! Why not hire Canadian writers? Our writers will at least work, and not go out on some rediculous and pointless strike!

Ummm, well no offense to Canadian writers or anyone else from any other state in the USA but I think that would turn the show to shit....

These guys are actual superman fanatics, follow the story with his GF's etc, kyptonite and is the longest running Superman show ever to be on TV I do agree the strike it dumb....but I wouldn't want any other writers to work on this show. These guys have done a great job bringing Smallville now to 7 years...that's pretty impressive for any superhero show. My opinion

It's not pointless. I actually support the strike. A lot of TV fans do. That's why it's such a unique topic.

I see where you're coming from, I just think it's dumb to torture the fans like this...

Subzerothe7th said this years already shorter...I just feel they can solve this rather easily.

I read up on it, it's about basic stuff like DVD sales, products etc.

Personally, I feel that they should allow the creators etc earn money for DVD sales...afterall, they're the brains behind the show..apparently this is one of the few things that the strike is about from what I read.

Right now it's near the holidays, Christmas and News Years so we don't get to see many new shows anyway but come new year I want to see more new shows...

I really do hope they agree to something asap. My personal beef isn't so much with the reason why they're striking, but rather how much time they're spending on settling this dispute.

Well, I think that's a biast thing to say. How do you know that if they hired some Canadian writers, it wouldn't better the show? We've got just as many "Superman" fanatics as the US dude, so don't be disrespecting!

I didn't mean to offend you if I did man, as I said I wouldn't want anyone else (any other writers from usa or canada) to work on this show. Besides, the show is done by americans...I honestly don't think canadian writers would have a shot at grabbing the show. It's just filmed in canada due to budget costs.(it's cheaper) as oppose to Hollywood or Kansas. Some things I read on the show and why they filmed it in Canada. Plus, the Superman movies were done there(at times) farm scenes and such so they liked the look of it.

lol, I'm not dissing you guys man. I also said within the usa man, I just like the guys that work on the show. They're the minds behind every season from 1-present. You really want to change that and risk the show going downhill, despite where the new writers come from?

It's about online sales. Writers already make a percentage on DVD sales and stuff, but now that companies are selling stuff online, i.e. iTunes, they are making 100% of the profit from that. The writers want a part of the profit for online sales, just like they have for DVD sales. I'm totally behind them.

Anyways, yea I think there are only 15 episodes this season.

Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
Supposedly Pete Ross is coming back for an episode, too, according to IGN.

I knew Bizarro was going to return. It seemed waaaaaaaay to easy when Clark defeated him in the first place. Now regarding Brainiac, it was actually obvious when you think about it. He's basically the apocalypse of DC comics (sort of). I hope James Marsters plays as him again too though. He kicked as as Brainiac. Somehow in the end I think it woulf be bizarro and brainiac vs clark and kara (if she returns by the time brainiac returns)

Ha, Ha yeah I hear yaglasses

Sometimes that happens.

@MKGeek and DeadElemental, yeah I think we all knew Bizarro would return...I mean he's Bizarro lol. Pretty much a dark, crazy, deranged Superman...you had to know he wouldn't be easily vanquished

Man, Supes and MMH didn't do good enoughsad Next time, perhaps the JL will get in on this action.

Perhaps, Brainiac, Lex and Bizarro team up against Clark, MMH and the JL in general.grin

Or maybe Brainiac and Bizzaro think "fuck Lex" and just team up themselves against everyone. Why would they need Lex? If anything Lex would need them

True ^^ but it's also true Lex has ways and is "smart" enough to find everyones weakness, including Meteor freaks that he's had control over...who's to say he won't find out Bizarro's or Brainiac(at some point)

You never know, I'm thinking since they've had Justice League, they might have Legion of Doom perhaps...

Or they may just kill Lex! Ever think of that? I'm sure they've heard how Lex can "control" meteor infested, but don't forget, these two are both far superior and far more powerful, so I doubt that Lex could find a way to control them, if Clark can't find a way to defeat them

Of course I could be wrong, but I'd almost bet anything that Lex isn't dying or going anywhere...despite the fact that he supposedly didn't sign for 2008 season and this is his last year. They CAN'T kill Lex due to storyline...we all know this.

If anything, he'll probably move somewhere to officially become "the comic book, evil lex luthor" by series end or something.

And remember, Bizarro could have killed Lex...yet didn't earlier this year. I see some kind of alliance down the line. Especially if Lex finds out about Clark's powers, who knows...

In the comics at times and in the cartoons shows, Lex at one point is actually the Leader of the Legion and knows everyones weaknesses....so they were actually afraid of him because when it came to wits, nobody is smarter then Lex....he might be human, yes but he's very smart and no fool.

Let's not forget Supergirl also, who knows what role she'll play.
