I'd probably remove Ares, Doomsday, Grundy and Killer Frost with Power Girl, Zatanna, Huntress and Poison Ivy being the replacements.

I like your idea for Nightwing to have a Red Hood costume. Of course, the weapons would need to change. Add a couple Robin costumes to that as well.

For me;
Take out Solomon Grundy and Killer Frost.
Replace them for Dr. Fate and Zatanna!
