I agree that Quan Chi has become a bit overused (okay, a LOT overused), but I still love the Deadly Alliance. It made Shang Tsung a major villain again, which hadn't happened since MK1 and it also put the scheming sorcerers at the forefront, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I kinda like Stryker, and while Kabal is my favorite new character to come out of MK3, I just have to give it to the Deadly Alliance. I like them as a team more than Kabal and Stryker.

Can't decide as of now. I believe niether of the two teams will not last storywise. Shang Stung and Quan Chi are just using each other. Kabal, imo, will return to the BD clan and Stryker will remain NYPD.

Guess I'll g pick the deadly alliance since they owned Shao Kahn(clone), Lui Kang, and others.

except Kung Lao(MK9) of course...XD

Consider The Deadly Alliance As A Oppose For Tiring Kung Lao Out And Consider Kintaro For Distracting Kung Lao With His Victory So Shao Kahn Could Sneak Up On Him And Snap His Neck Without Any Trouble.

But If They Lost Aganist Kung Lao Then They Wouldn't Die Because They Were Able To Get Away Fast Enough. Because, You See. Kung Lao Is Just A Normal Human. Not A God. If They Lost Aganist Raiden, They Would Be Completly Fucked Because Raiden Would Use His Lightning To Make Him Faster So The Deadly Alliance Wouldn't Escape His Grasp. And Plus They Killed Liu Kang Which Problably Angered The God. So In This Case If The Deadly Alliance LOST, They Would Be Dead. So They Were Pressured To Win Because If They Didn't They Would Become Cooked Flesh. They Also Killed Shao Kahn So They Would Have More Experiance Killing People Because They Killed THE FUCKING EMPORER!!

They still got a shaolin ass whooping. I don't remember quan chi nor shang stung being on top of the pyramid of Argus either. Shao Kahn owned blaze, and the runner up was raiden....

Oh sure, put my most favourite and least favourite characters together.

Yeah, I know, the franchise did it first, but I still haven't forgiven them for that.

Shang Tsung and Quan Chi aren't even in the same league.

(Shang's league being the vastly superior one, in case that wasn't clear)

I agree with that first sentence there, but it is the other way around. Quan Chi has several times over shown he is way superiour to Shang Tsung.

Oooh, good match-ups. And a tough choice. I like Raiden and Fujin alot, though Fujin needs some character development where as the two cyborgs have had alot of character development. However, Raiden and Fujin are gods with cool powers and I think they utilize them in a cool way, even though I think Raiden is tough to use in the newest MK.

I think I will vote in favour of the cyborgs though. Sektor was my favourite male character in MK3-MKT and he was fun to use in MK4-MKG as well. Cyrax has always been a secondary choice for me, someone I enjoyed playing as, but not someone I used alot or thought was all that interesting. He is quite cool and fun to play as in the new MK though where Sektor isn't as fun as he used to be. They look terrific though!

However... Cyborg Sub-Zero looks the coolest. ;P
