I love how Kung Lao can summon Greats spirit in MK11. Thats awesome.

I dont really like it when old dead characters come back but it was a bit disappointing time travel didnt go further than mk2. How did time travel even work in mk11? A bunch of people just randomly show up wtf. Kronika has no reason to bring back Great Kung Lao but it wouldve been awesome. He could be a good dlc.

It's been pretty refreshing seeing the direction they've taken with Scorpion in the last couple games. I'm still not the biggest fan, but I'm not going to complain about him being the poster boy. He's pretty good. Still waiting on some Deadly Alliance skin DLC.

It always surprises me with how my many different spins NRS can put on Scorpion. In MK11 I love the effect when you can see a fiery skeleton in Scorpion. It looks so cool especially the victory pose when the fire bursts out and you can see the entire skeleton.

As for Triborg, he is a one note characters that was designed to fix the problem of no cyborgs in MKX and use the variation system to give them all roles. In all probablity he will not be seen again and no one will care.

Even Chameleon and Khameleon still have their fans.

I’m never a fan of these Mortal Kombat staples, so Triborg even though he only exists to patch the Cyborg problem in MKX.

Cant believe Kung Lao is out. Ive been enjoying him less in MKX and MK11 but that is an upset.

Scorpion is as great as ever. I didnt like his past self coming into the story so much but it wasnt bad.

Jax is insane in this game. I've never had more fun with any other character, and the majority of my time spent with the game has been with him. I did think his allegiance to Kronika was a bit out of character, but the idea of him doing it all for Jacqui made it work well enough.

On a related note, I finally played Special Forces and it's not nearly as bad as it's made out to be. Blatantly unfinished, kinda boring and full of nonsense, but it's not aggressively terrible. MKM:SZ was far less enjoyable.

Pity, Tasia never got her real chance to shine like other throwaways from Specials Forces (besides Tremor)

Jax really did become awesome in MK11, so I'm giving him that.

I've always liked Jax, but he's gotten amazing character development in the new timeline. He's also got a very unique playstyle, I think Jax and Kano are the only characters that can be considered somewhat of grapplers in a MK game.

Never played the SF game, Tasia has an OK design.

I dont really buy that Jax would choose to go to the darkside even for a minute but his Kronika armor was so awesome! He has some really sweet custom arm options too.

Tasia might make good dlc one day but it doesnt seem like it will happen any time soon.

Actually voted Jacqui this time. I still think she's missing a great hook, but she's better than she was in MKX. Kai is MIA and keeps missing his turn.

Im pretty disappointed we never got an updated Kai for mkx. Would still like to see it but it feels like that ship has sailed.

Jacqui is improved in mk11 and actually here and nearly won combo breaker. So...
