Uhhh huh. It's beyond a joke. Fucking rediculous. Who cares if your fav is booted? It's just a game for christ sake. And now because of you accusing Crow it seems he has left. Not everyone likes Kitana. so what if she gets booted Dan, you need to chill out. Team efforts welcomed, the guy admitted it was him, Crow had nothing to do with it.

Also, congrats are in order to my top three favorite characters for lasting so long and being the last three characters booted, though I don't like the fact that they didn't make the final. Best of luck to those three next game.

Not only is flaming a violation of rules #1, #5, and #8 of this game (both implied and expressed), it is also a violation of standard forum policy.

I don't care if there's entertainment in the game or not. Flaming is still not allowed on this or any other thread. Now if you like the flaming in this thread because of "entertainment", have you ever thought for one secend that it's BECAUSE of the flaming that people are leaving this game?

Consider the following a fair warning to ANYONE who has been flaming: I have received a message from Crow, and he stated the following.

<_Crow_> If anyone flames, I'm banning Boot and Immune.
<_Crow_> Period.

I guess you all know what that means. He'll be observing, but not playing.

I'd also like to defend Crow, since no one else seems to be doing so, or they simply despise him. First of all, where are your accusations of him cheating coming from? I think the accusations of him cheating are bullshit, and if you cannot show solid PROOF that he was cheating, I'll still dismiss everyone's accusations of him cheating as bullshit. Secondly, if he really WAS cheating, he would never have banned the clones rigging the game to begin with. If anyone remembers correctly, it was Crow, himself, who, IN GOOD FAITH, halted the cloned account problem that was rigging this game back in the first set of games.Everyone needs to be GRATEFUL for that, but apparently, most of you don't seem to be doing that, because of the personal attacks against him, whether by your votes or otherwise. Kitana fans (you know who you are) should ESPECIALLY be grateful, because had it not been for Crow's intervention in the cloned account fiasco, Kitana would never have won a single game in the last game, or in the first one.

*sigh* I am one step closer to submitting to tgrant an ultimatum to the participants of this game with regards to flaming in the form of a new rule suggestion with regards to flaming, and mark my words, it's gonna be stiff.

Well thank you for telling me about the flaming violations, but I've been here long enough to know the forum rules thanks. As for my comment...It was a joke; everyone is taking this game wayyyyyy to seriously and the people flaming each other about their characters getting booted are just plain stupid and laughable. If someone gets pissed off because their favorite character just got booted... well I'm sorry but that's just pathetic. I will admit I get a little irked when my favorites get booted but I don't go looking through the thread to find whoever is responsible for it just so I can flame the hell out of em. Everyone just needs to chill.

Flaming is not funny when you're on the receiving end of this nonsense, as I have been not once but twice in this single game. I've personally had enough of it, because it's childish and immature to swear and curse because your favourite character was booted. Boo hoo. Even if I had asked twenty people to come here and vote like I told them to no one has a right to flame me because of it. I wouldn't have broken any rules at all. Of course, I don't actually need to cheat to be flamed; it's a personal luxury of mine. If anything goes wrong, I'm surely the root of it.

As for "ruining Boot and Immune", flames are causing this game to fall from grace. I won't be playing this game anymore until it changes for the better and I see certain people here change as well. There is far too much drama here for a stupid forum game... this game itself was actually very peaceful until certain characters were being booted.

And yes, flaming is against this site's rules. This game has caused more trouble and flames to be spawned than any other thread in the history of this site, to my knowledge. Slow and long burning flames are the worst kind of flames. I may have at the very least temporarily stepped away from this game (likely forever, since some people won't change), but I will always observe from the sidelines. I issue this warning... if I see people flaming each other like this time, I'm ending this game, period. I will ban MK Boot and Immune and it won't return until I see fit. I suggest some of you who take this game too seriously either reform or step away completely if you don't want to ruin the fun for everyone else.

I have a simple solution, why don't you just ban people from the game if they flame someone. Seems like a good fix too the problem, people would be a lot more careful about what they type if the penalty was being banned from BI permanently. I hate to see you leave the game because of this bull.

Actually, my idea for cracking down on this would be more along the lines of this:
  • First flaming offense = Suspended from the current and next game
  • Second flaming offense = Suspended until the Grand Championship (if second offense occurs in Games 15, 16, or the Grand Championship of a particular B&I series, the suspension lasts until the Grand Championship of the NEXT B&I series)
  • Third flaming offense = Banned from playing B&I.
  • Standard forum punishment (skulls, formal warnings, and bans) can be combined with either punishment.
I think this set of consequences should be added to enforce the flaming policy without risking the banning of this game, because I know there's people playing this game who don't flame, and I don't think it's fair for them to suffer the consequences of the actions of those who do flame. And, I think this would give tgrant the power to police the game, himself, without intervention from the other mods.

By suspension from the game, what I mean by that is that you are not allowed to post a vote during your suspension period, and if you do, your votes simply will not count. Needless to say, a ban from the game means you cannot participate in the game ever...unless, of course, tgrant sees fit that you are mature enough to play again without flaming.

Well looks like I'm leaving again then. This game was getting out of hand when I left the first couple times. But I had came back thinking all the bs of this game had gone. Evidently it has not.

By no means is Crow the bad guy here although many ppl would like to make him out to be. The only 'bad guys' here are the ones that have conveinently 'fucked up' on NUMEROUS occasions. One or two is totally acceptable and somewhat inevitable. But the other things that have gone on in this thread are ridiculous (starting Final Rounds when it's not time yet). C'mon man, how long have you been counting tallies to fuck up on a tally to start a Final Round?!

Not being a kiss ass but everytime something goes wrong most ppl try to jump on Crow's case. That's not cool when he is the one that has messed up the LEAST in all these games.

Not to mention the fact that whenever ~Crow~ does fuck up, it's usually fixed before you even noticed it. I don't really know what else to say about this situation other than it's too bad. I really enjoy this game, and I've always thought ~Crow~ and Tgrant did a great job running it together.

And to ~Crow~, do what you think is best, bro.

You simply can't flame people though... period. It ruins the game and makes it not fun anymore. No one wants to come into to one of these games only to see bickering going on again and again. It doesn't matter if it was "morally unfair" what happened, the fact is that is a legal part of the game. It's not truly cheating, though some look down upon it as so. It's allowed in the rules of this game and when it happens to support one of your characters I don't see you saying anything (I'm referring to 4 or 5 "Immune: Tanya Boot: Fujin" votes in one round last game). Did I complain? Nope... I hated it, but whatever. That's part of this game and it always will be.

As far as your flame is concerned, I don't see how you expect me to believe you posted it and didn't direct it at any one person after you were so quick to assume tgrant was calling me a cheater earlier in this game. I actually looked back at that incident, and I didn't even make an error like I thought I did. My tally was perfect and unflawed during that incident. But anyway, the point is you can't flame people when they aren't breaking the rules. Sub-Zero's boot last game was very different because it did concern the rules in my opinion... this game it did not. Dragon operated entirely within the rules... simply because you don't like what happened doesn't mean you can flame or accuse anyone.

Okay, with all the drama, bullshit, and whatnot going on this game, as well as the last game, I think this game needs a break at the end of this Final Round, for everyone to cool off.

And everyone, take your negative remarks about people with regards to this game (as well as negative remarks about people, PERIOD) to the PM system, and not here. Thank you.
