The Fallen Elder God has my vote on this one. Quan Chi was the sub-boss in MK4 for a reason.

Quan Chi has Shinnok to think he's serving under his command. In reality, Quan Chi is playing him like a fiddle, and has been the entire time.

This is why Quan Chi kicks ass.

Ever since Bi Han gave Quan Chi the amulet, it never left his grasp. Shinnock was given a fake. He was fooled for years. Quan Chi you slick son of a bitch...

I vote First Lady Sonya. I freakin love her since MK1. Kira??? Just stop it. What is it with these Black Dragon copy cats.

Kira has an interesting backstory and her design kicks ass but because of "her" special moves she feels incomplete at the moment, so Sonya it is.

That has always bothered me. Why even make Shinnok a fallen elder god when it seems he can't ever do much. Like how could HE not know.

Anyway I'm clearly voting for boss bitch Sonya.

I dislike both... But I'm going to vote for Kira because I said so.

Sonya, obviously. I do hope to see Kira again though. MK2011 managed to salvage Stryker so the same could be done for any character.

Except maybe Hsu Hao.

Stryker's only problem was his original sprite thingy. He just needed a better look. As of right now Kira is nothing but a sexy girl with no personality or combat skills of her own.

Still she has a good design and MK lacks redheads so they should definitely work on her and bring her back.

First of all, the key word in "Fallen Elder God" is fallen.

Shinnok has NO god powers of his own anymore. He was stripped of those. They're gone. Every drop of supernatural ability he currently has as a character comes from the Throne of Hell. Which makes him master of the dead and resurrections and portals...but not much else.

Second, when he's holding the Fake Amulet, using its supposed powers, Quan Chi is always nearby using the real amulet to simulate those powers for him so he never notices the amulet's just a cheap piece of bronze.

That's how Shinnok lost MK4. Scorpion teleported Quan Chi away, so suddenly, Shinnok lost all his power without even noticing, and walked into the final battle thinking he was still omnipotent only to get creamed.
