That's exactly what I was thinking. -10/2 . Brother, use Paint. Use sprites that are already available like at the sprite warehouse (not sure it's still up but I'm guessing so), or just rip them in a DECENT way. Or half decent. Just...not this. Not to mention Fire shouldnt really go through a person, so much as it should burn the person. Unless it's some sort of new, solid fire.
Seriously this is just not the way to do it. Look at other people's fake pics. Does this seem even remotely simmilar to them?

I think someone said you can't put 0's, and the lowest you can go is 1. I forgot who though.

I don't know who told you that, but whoever did is wrong; even in officially submitted artworks, one can rate between 0 and 5. In any case, I will rate this 0 because you barely see the full dragon, Kano's surrounded by and unexplainable white aura, there's a spike of fire (that in itself feels weird to type) that looks like it is coming from behind him, and Kano's not even burning. Also, no life bars, no timer, not shadows, and it's so grainy... So yes, I rate it 0.

I give it a 2.5/5 cause u took the time to print, paste, and scan those sprites!
I mean... it's not really efficient... but come on! that's a lot of effort
