Aaaaanyways... What will the next thing we'll be voting for? Weapons? I already came with an example of freakishly long nails ala Lady Deathstrike, but that was more if she was a Tarkatan... I guess a Chaosrealmer could have it too. Another weapon I like is a whip, something you see so rarely in fighting games... I can think of Sophia from Toshinden and Ivy from Soul Calibur, though hers is a bit more than just a whip. It would be cool to see an MK character with a whip...

I guess this is a discussion for when weapons are on the topic, but I'm just brainstorming...

I think we've hit a road block on this character's voice.

Everyone's in disagreement on her potential sensuality. Now, I don't oppose the idea of her being in any way sensual; I just don't want that to make up who she is. As I've stated earlier, I think it would be cool for her to moan sensually during gameplay, as it would separate her from other characters as well as manifest her inhabiting the Chaosrealm.

I just think it fits her, being a Chaosrealmer. I mean, in MKD, when you hit the Chaosrealmers, they thanked you! It would make sense if she enjoyed it and expressed that fact. Kinda like Xenia from James Bond: Goldeneye... being kinda hysterical, but clearly into the whole pain thing.

I don't really think Chaosrealmers in general get a sexual kick out of pain. I think the character should be more sane than her appearance portrays her to be. It makes for a nice mixup.

You got a point. Mileena is a pure sadist though, as her hurt cries doesn't sound like she's enjoying it, but you got a good point.

Nah, weapons are way later, as well as abilities. We're going to focus more on appearance starting with the head.

When do we get to her story?

Just asking.

I would like to create the story at the very end of this. What I'm expecting to do is having her completely drawn out and shown towards the community so that they can get a glimpse of what to work with while creating a story. I'm also seeing if this is what people want, where we all create a story of our own and we vote on the ones we like.

So, along the way while building her, we can all start thinking about putting a story together and then at the end, see what people came up with and vote on that. Unless anyone wants to think of a different way to do the story, but I would like for that to be focused at the very end so that we can put more thought into building her rather than worrying about a story when she's not even finished yet.

I often form the story of a character I create and base everything else on that story. It seems here we'll be doing the opposite. This will be tough. I can't think of anything without forming a story! lol

People were complaining about how this part of the site was pretty much dead, thought instead of waiting for people to post more pictures, why not have something that might get people coming back here? Ahh, I'm sorry, I guess we all work in all different ways! But there's no harm in trying to figure out a story now and just waiting for the end to post it based on what we have already. I mean it gives you more time to work on changing flaws and such before it's ready to be posted!

The whole chaotic nature of things does make deciding the voice rather difficult. Would giving her a form of bi-polar or Gollum/Smeagle personality help?

Weapons and abilities should go together because we would be deciding whether or not she needs a weapon in the first place.
