Scorpion punches Malice in the face "ENOUGH"
Malice slowly reverses back to her calmed mind states, she looks up at Scorpion "Only you seem to quell my sisterd rage"
Scorpion helps Malice to her feet "why were you not following your mission?"
Malice sighs "The weaker sister got destracted, shes pathetic"
Malice looks at Scorpion "I tasted the memories of the time god, shes seeking Raiden but I couldn't find our why, her mind was too strong!
You must take me to them"
"Very well but that is all! I have my own mission, find out what you need to then return to Quan Chi"
Malice licks her teeth and smiles, with that that the pair disappear through a firey portal

Taking Serenity by the arm, Marek leads her and Ekibyogami to the surface, daylight washing over them. "Stay close, lady Seren-" Marek stops and looks over at the courtyard. The same ninja who attacked him was in the center of the arena battling a man in a bladed hat. "Looks like we''ve arrived just in time for the festivities, milady."

Upon her arrival through the other end of the portal, a note flies down to her.

Our enemies are the same
2 gods and a priest
i told them it was just the start of our game.
An alliance would be best
To strike them well they still rest.

"It seems we have. Let us find a spot so we can rest."

"Well well sisters it would seem we have a an alliance, I wonder where we could find this Mr Mute?"

A tap on the shoulder causes Malice to turn around,Mr. Mute had been standing behind her.

"So you wish to form an alliance Question is can we trust you? and come to think of it how did you know about us?

Mr. Mute hands her another note:

You can trust me because my mission is to kill them.
I do not break from my mission.
Until then you have nothing to worry about.
I know of you because i watch everything
Battles in particular are hard to miss.

Malice looks up at strange man "Your an interesting one, very well I agree but I warn you cross me and it will be the death of you, Now sho where these soon to be corpses are"

His next note states:

They are headed to the courtyard.

Very well then lead the way

The word door appears,which becomes a door. Mr. Mute opens the door and gestures for Malice to walk through. She cautiously enters and as they emerge they can see their three enemies watching a fight at the courtyard. The fight finishes and all but the three have left.

After watching the hatted warrior lose and Raiden talking to the yellow armored warrior. Serenity stares into the warrior's eyes until he ignites on fire and disappears. Feeling rested, Serenity stands up. "We should go now" They turn and see a door out of no where opening.

"That can not be good"

Marek lays a hand gently on Serenity's shoulder and looks her in the eyes.
"Be careful, Serenity. I will be by your side no matter what."

A note flutters to Serenity:

This is a distraction

Mr. Mute

At that moment a spear flies towards her.

"A distraction?" She raises her head to ponder when she sees the spear racing to her heart. Serenity shoots an orb stopping in just a few feet in front of her. "is that all?"

Marek grabs the spear and hurls it back at Mr. Mute, impaling his leg. "Harm Mistress Serenity and the heel of my boot on your neck will be the last thing you feel."

The spear of Marek stabs him in the leg,only for the leg to shatter,revealing Mr. Mute as a mirror image of the real Mr.Mute.But Serenity did not realize the note wasn't a distraction,it was a warning,the spear was the distraction. A chain wrapped around her feet as he tugged her down and started dragging her away from her comrades.

Marek slashes the chain in half with his battle axe. "I warned you, villain. Now you will die." Marek summons a firestorm down onto Mr. Mute.

Mockingly Mute pulls out an umbrella,if he could smile he would have. The firestorm comes down and crashes upon Mr. Mute,shattering another mirror.
Mr. Mute appears sitting on Shang Tsung's chair clapping. Ha Ha Has piercing the air.

With all the attention on him the had forgotten about Malice.
