Week 13/14 Updates... It's Not Goodbye, it's See You Later!

Joe Tasim and Lewis Tan have posted videos of them on a plane leaving Australia.

Mehcad Brooks posted a video he is happy to be back in L.A. Loos like he took a more expensive flight from his one story which I think I missed.

Week 14 Update:

Matilda posts to her IG story she's in Hawaii so she's off set.

Josh Lawson has just posted today is his final shoot day in his IG story. It makes sense since he is native to Australia.

Vici Cocks posted this is her second to last day in 2nd AD unit.

Josh Lawson and SiSi Stringer have both confirmed they are done on their part of the film today.

Hi everyone, Any news in the last months?

Film producer Todd has shown some pics of possible reshoots in puerto rico but he didnt specify. Also Joe Taslim Subzero posted a story on his Ig with a mask due to the coronavirus but most likely also giving us a peek into what a mask on him will look like. I wasnt able to take a screenshot of it.

Todd also liked my message asking if they were shooting for at least a 2 hours long runtime but he didnt confirm, i figured he could had easily skipped my question if that wasnt the case.

Honestly I haven't been looking too much but I did notice SiSi has uploaded some more rehearsal and makeup tests so I suspect some of them are sharing more BTS content but until a trailer or other important news (there seems to be tidbits about the soundtrack) it appears all eyes are on the animated film coming out next month. It would be cool but doubtful if a teaser for the film appeared on it.

This was just released. Nothing new other than the clever wording by Mehcad Brooks himself.

I also caught a quick Q&A that Lewis Tan did (through Instagram Stories), didn't get any screenshots though.

Someone asked what his fav. weapon is, and he replied "Katana"

don't know if that could be a hint to his MK character being Kenshi, but either way, interesting. I think that's my hope! Think he's perfect for Kenshi.

That wasn't for Mortal Kombat. I believe they were filming a brand new movie called Vacation Friends (something like that) with John Cena. Definitely wasn't Mortal Kombat related. No reshoots going on currently.👍
