Rumors of their impending arrival have been swirling for the last few months. Today: Funko have officially confirmed the coming of collectible Mortal Kombat Pop! vinyl figures!

They'll be here just in time for Christmas, with a core roster of five super-deformed figurines based on: Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Raiden, Kitana and Liu Kang! There will also be four store exclusive figures, including Goro! Read on for details:

Pop Culture fashion chain Hot Topic will carry an exclusive Flaming Skull Scorpion variant that draws inspiration from the ninja spectre's unmasked Deadly Alliance design [pictured below].

You'll have to head to GameStop to pick up an exclusive 6 inch super-sized Goro figure, or Sub-Zero & Scorpion two-pack featuring the iconic masked warriors suffering the ice and fire of the other's attacks!

There will be three versions of Scorpion and Sub-Zero in total. Along with the GameStop two-pack variant, all stores will have a "frosty" 1-in-6 chase variant of an ice-wielding Sub-Zero!

The long awaited addition to the Pop! vinyl phenomenon means your favourite Mortal Kombat icons can finally stand side by side with an endless array of pop culture contemporaries from video games, comics, movies and television!

Coming November, they feature an eclectic mix of iconic Mortal Kombat X designs, and a few offbeat alternative choices including; klassic Raiden, Shaolin monk Liu Kang, and MK2011 Kitana! The perfect holiday gift for lovers of MK curio and objet d'art!
