THIS LOOKS SOO.... Like shit.... Seriously this isn't the mortal kombat i know and it will never be. I don't like it. I'm very disapointed if this will be the new movie or a teaser for the new upcoming games

I thought the trailer was amazing! Though I don't think the new game should necessarily follow the same course of the movie at least entirely.
I hope they introduce more characters n' stuff soon.
Baraka should surgically replace his teeth with like, knives and nails and uh...shave his head?

Interesting. I really hope this is just an really elaborate promo video for E3, because if this is the new movie It looks just as bad as the street fighter chun li movie.
On a side note I managed to get a screen capture of the image of sub-zero that flashes when scorpion is looking at the photos:
[edit]: I'm not saying it's a horrible video entirely. As a promo piece for the new game It really is awesome if MK is going back to it's very dark roots. it should get every MK fan excited. I don't think a piece of advertising since the first MK game was released has been as good as this, but if this is a trailer for the new movie it's absolutely terrible. Nobody wants to see Baraka as some human psycho that somehow managed to fuse knife scalpels to his forearms, or reptile with some kind of skin disorder.
Watching the video I get one of two impressions 1 it really is a promo for the game and not the movie. While it does have production value, it does lack special effects for a movie. Just look at when baraka pulls out his blades it's almost stop motion, and very jerky. Very poor quality there for a movie. And if it's not that, then it has to be a marketing pitch. It's probably something more along the line what Microsoft has done with those shorts for the halo games.
