Were there any characters that you were particularly excited to recreate or re-imagine?

How far into the Mortal Kombat lore did you go? Any chance of touching on events or characters from Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero, or Special Forces?

Did you take any of the character endings from Mortal Kombat (2011), and decide to make them canon?

I think it's time to finally we know: In addition to Quan Chi, we have some other MK4 character in the game?

These might have already been answered, but I'm trying to avoid the majority of the comic threads due to spoilers...so if anyone here can also answer them, please do!

What is the time range of the comics? I've heard 15 years and 25 years.

If the comics ultimately do well, will they expand BEYOND MKX's lore? Even after the game's release?

And will the comics still remain canon, years after the fact, when we begin venturing into MK11 territory?

It starts like 5 years after goes to 15 years after(so 10 more years), is where they are at now.

Do you expect your stories to withstand retcons and remain canon?

Are you allowed to add characters in the comic from previous Mortal kombat games includin spin offs even if they have nothing to do with MKX but just for interesting story arcs for the comic

I'd like to know why it took so long to have a decent Mortal Kombat comic !

It's a highly successful franchise, that exist for more than 20 years, that sold thousand and thousand of games, that got a VERY RICH background and complex characters ! It's visual, and the mix between magic, martial arts, sci-fi and mythology is unique and can bring tons a nice stories... but the only MK comic we got so far (Malibu) was terrible !

So, why it took so long, and do Shawn Kittelsen think the serie will continue ?
