Sounds cool. But im not sure why use Tanya. She isnt really important unless they are basing the movie 100% in Mk4 wich I hope not.
Actually, she is a very important character... Have she not be involved, Shinnok wouldn't be able to conquer Edenia as he did in MK4... She'll probably do the same in MK3.

Why does Tanya have to be in the movie? maybe it's just me, but i'd rather forget all about mk4 and base the movie solely on mkda. because if kenshi and tanya are both in it, sounds a lot like mka (mk2/mk3). also, tracy douglas should be tanya, and amy jo johnson should be in the movie
She was the black girl in both the show and movie 'clueless'

Without putting in the MK4 storyline, much of MKDA wouldn't make sense. Nobody would know who Quan Chi was, nobody would know anything about this amulet, nobody would know that he killed Scorpion's family, and nobody would know how he got into the Netherealm...and so on and so forth.
