For curiosity's sake if nothing else. If he got a cyber revamp in this game, people want to see what he'd look like, how he'd play, etc. It's no different than people wanting any other version of him.

Oh please Even if by some chance they have Cyborg Smoke as dlc in whatever form He won't replace the ninja Smoke. Smoke will live on while Cyborg Smoke will be forgotten as time goes on. One last appearance isn't going to hurt anybody.
That and CyberSmoke and CyberZero would be Cyber Buddies.
MK3 Unmasked Subbie and Primary Smoke.
MK2 Subzero and MK2 Smoke
Cyborg Sub-Zero and Cyborg Smoke
Smoke Alternate and Sub-zero Primary.
This unholy...er..square..of Sub-Zero and Smoke Pairups must be completed.
It simply must happen.

I wouldn't mind seeing CyberSmoke's cyborg body have a style that reflects his background. Maybe with some hoses and tubes that can be unplugged as he takes damage and his mask could have a kind of gass mask feel to it. I know there isn't any real reason for that but it would look cool if done right and give him his own look. Perhaps even tanks on his back like the human Sector has. This could give him a little bit of a steampunk vibe or not depending on how far they go. He should look modern and hi tech, not a bunch of gauges and crap.

I've had the same idea about that during battle damage. I even thought of having his exhaust come out from some of those tubes.

I like the idea but I'm not sure they'd put that much effort into a character. Does it take more work to do that kind of animation?

0
I agree, it would give him a nice effect. As to why make him a cyborg, because he's cooler that way imo. I guess I'm one of the few who really likes the cyber characters.

Ugh, they really should've just did a Challenge Tower mission dedicated to the memory of Cyber-Smoke just to shut people up.
Then again, seeing as how many people want "Cyber"-Reptile, nevermind.

Don't think we wont see Cyber-tile. They already have him done it's just an easy step to the skin going into the game.

Yeah... sounds like that AOL commercial... right before everyone quit using them... ha!

I think in the old games CyberSmoke was the most popular of the cyborgs. It would be silly not to have him.

New Move Set For Cyber-Smoke.
Smoke Thrower: CS shoots out a cloud of smoke that causes opponent to cough and choke, stunning them for a few seconds. (similar range to Sectors Flame Thrower)
Smoke Blast: CS Aims wrist mounted smoke throwers diagonally up and blasts back jumping opponent.
Trident Harpoon: Classic tow cable move.
Smokey Cut: Classic Uppercut move but collapsing into a cloud of smoke on the floor and forming fist first under his opponent, sending them flying into the air.
Cloaking System: Classic Invisibility.

Cyber Smoke X-Ray:
Cyber Smoke Starts the move by Blowing a choking cloud into his opponents face, stunning them. He then does a spining back kick into his opponents stomach doubling them over. Finally he does a jumping knee to the opponents bent over face crushing it in and shattering the front of there skull.

Cyber Smoke Fatality:
Cyber Smoke grabs his victims face in one hand and lifts them off the ground by it. He then uses the Smoke Thrower mounted under his wrist to blow poison smoke into his victims mouth. He drops the victim and they cough and choke until they vomit and then convulse until they arch there back causing it break. They then die horribly.

Really, why? Is there a way to delete posts so I can make them all in one?

The Good and Bad of Smoke 2011
Good
Best gameplay over his past incarnations
Has a interesting back story
Loved him in the MK2 part of the story mode. He had balls of steel
His alt is better than his main costume.
Bad
He's default look is lame
He was weak in the MK3 part of Story Mode. Not from looks... but in actually cut scenes. i mean really? He woops Sektors ASS in MK2 part of story mode. But now he is weak against him in MK3? This made me miss MK2 alt Smoke.
The fight against Sindel... i mean if he could have escape by turning himself into smoke and teleporting away... so why didn't he do that when sindel got him in the choke hold... i mean sure you can add in that she did kick him hard inbetween his legs.. but surely he could have mustered enough strength to escape that move.
So over all MK2 Smoke proved the reason why he should be human and MK3 Smoke proved why Smoke should be Cyborg... So thanks to John Vogal for fucking over Smokes MK3 story mode. Why build up Smoke to be a badass only to have him weak later on?
Should Smoke become a Cyborg again. Hell no! I know MK3 Smoke makes me miss Cyborg Smoke... But no.... Human Smoke is set in stone for this time line. But i would'nt mind Cyborg Smoke for DLC.

I had an a idea for fatality for Elemental Smoke a while back that was kinda similar.
ES transforms into a cloud of smoke and flies down the opponents throat. They immediately been choking and hacking as their lungs fill with smoke, collapsing onto all fours. After a moment a fully reformed Smoke violently tears out of the opponent's back as if standing up from the same position completely covered in blood. To put the final exclamation point, he crushes the opponent's head with his first step out of their crumpled body.
I really hope both Cyber and Elemental Smoke make a return eventually.

I feel bad for Cyrax, Sektor, Smoke(original timeline, Cyborg) and Cyber Sub because they can never get laid(or ever again). Don't flame.

I like that Fatality, that could be his second! No flame needed, that is a serious problem. Perhaps they have trap doors.
