Nintendo is comprised of three Japanese words. Nin, Ten, Dou, and when combined it means we kicked the holy shit outta Atari.

Fuck all the Butt /B/rothers over at 4chan.
If this contest had been Legit, Kahn would have won. Only hope Ed Boon realizes that and Shows us who the character is anyway.

For the record, if the contest had been legit, Kahn would have probably performed even worse than he did today. Remember that it was RAMM who eliminated Sephiroth, which wouldn't have happened without the mass voting. And lord knows if it were all legit Kahn wouldn't stand a chance against Sephiroth, who he would have been facing if not for the RAMM push.

Let's not allow fear to determine how we handle ourselves here, shall we? Fear no man and no anonymous legion. Anybody can do anything. Sometimes they're funny. Sometimes they're harmless pranksters. Sometimes they're troublesome meddlers. Sometimes they're vile.
But all things considered, watching what you say to avoid the ire of anonymous is worse than dealing with whatever they decide to do, if anything. Intimidation only works if you let it.
But, seriously. It's just a stupid contest. Darth Vader is going to win anyway.

Hoping for Jade or Sareena, though it does look Sindel-ish (wordsmith?
)
Anyway, it's exciting nonetheless, unless ole Mr. Boon is pranking us again. Too bad Kahn didn't win...oh well. Maybe he'll give us a free-bee =)

Yeah, I'm hoping Ed's feeling generous and decides "well, they did their best" and gives us something to soothe the sting of defeat.
Am I the only one who doesn't really care at all about this? Aside from the asinine nature of online popularity contests for game characters I mean... it'd be nice to see who it is, sure, but I think it's just as rewarding to keep it under wraps until it's time. Hell, Boon probably posted it knowing Kahn wouldn't win, just to get us all foaming at the mouth. The guessing games are always the funnest part about the impending release of an MK game, so... I think things worked out perfectly.

Let's not call it fear. Let's just call it reluctance to deal with a bunch of weaboo, virgin, hackers.

Bah. So called "anonymous" people have gone to jail over things like that.

as noted in the prior thread, i el oh el @ all the people who are not capable of noticing skin tone. sindel, sonya, etc., ARE NOT DARK SKIN TONE. the skin on the leg is clearly a match for someone like jade, tanya, or an entirely new female.

I don't think Sheeva's big, two-toed half-dragon feet could fit into that small boot. Also, Sheeva's legs are far more muscular.

I personally dont think Khan losing is a big deal.
Also to be honest, I voted for RAMM

Except this same thing already happened with Sephiroth in round 1 and they weren't rallying for him then. If you don't want to believe me, well that's your problem I guess. It was all over "that site" and they are capable of pulling this stunt in Gamespot contests. They ran Bub and Bob deep into the contest last year because they thought it would be the same amount of funny. They took immediate credit for the victory in a rather large topic on their board. Over 500 votes in a span of 10 minutes.
You're the one being gullible here if you think this victory is at all legitimate. In a topic someone linked here earlier, it showed the reason why 4chan decided to back RAAM. He was the "worst" villain who was also against the biggest time opponent (Sephiroth), much like Bub and Bob last year.

Do you really believe that? They're not behind this. "That site" is behind this, all you have to do is visit it and you'll see tons of threads all over the front page. They've got nothing to do with it.

RAAM will take the whole thing anyway.
A couple of months ago they had an XP even to how ever many fans followed on twitter and got 20,000 real quick, for 20X EXP.
That's all they have to do, quick EXP bribe and it's all over.

Crow, quote or tell me once where I thought it the RAAM victory was legitimate, please. . . you can't. All I was simply saying is that no matter what Khan had 0 chance, as well as all the other villans on that stupid poll.
. . .and if you want to get all technical like you do, if Khan DID win it wouldn't have been legitimate either, there are members in this very thread talking about having 6 pages open voting over and over, and voting over 50 times. So it really doesn't matter what "that site" or any other site does or did now does it?

Ed Boon being sarcastic? No way.
Anyway, looks like Sareena, hopefully it's Sareena, let's see Sareena.

Let's avoid talking about this group. After they ruined the lives of a couple of children, I have nothing but disdain for them.
Back on topic to the character teaser. Anyone think Boon will be generous and help soothe the sting of defeat with a dramatic new reveal? That would turn my frown upside-down.
