You can unlock the modifiers from Test Your Luck in the Krypt and then use them in Versus mode. That thing on the loading screen would just show which modifiers (if any) were active. In this case none were active (probably hasn't unlocked any yet).

Who are they? and How did they get it?

Either it is NRS fucking with us.

or

It could be a danish reviewer who got the review copy. Probably a magazine.

or

There was a copy laying around at some event and they stole it.
