Mine is Frost

My favorite character is, of course, Reptile. I don't know exactly what it was that originally just captivated me about him. When I was little and used to spend hours in the arcades just for a chance to play the original Mortal Kombat for even a few minutes, I just loved the game completely. Scorpion was my favorite for a long time, until one day after I had bought the console version of the original MK, and I had stayed up playing it for hours, I stumbled upon the secret hints that Reptile gave. I was like wtf? Awesome!! But it took me forever to figure out how to fight against him. When I finally did, I just like...became entranced. Here was a badass ninja like Scorpion and Sub-Zero, but he was GREEN! Which was my favorite color at the time lol. Not to mention he was the most mysterious character. So yeah. Ever since then, Reptile has been my favorite, from his first playable appearance in MKII (which is STILL my favorite classic MK game no matter what anyone says), to MK4/Gold, in which he was very underrated and wasn't given a good role in the events, but I still loved him, up to Deadly Alliance with the kickass lizard form, all the way to Armageddon. I've stuck with him and always have been a loyal and true fan. Reptile kicks major ass, and he is simply the best. He's so underappreciated too. But most of my favorite characters are anyway.

Moving on....My other favorite characters are Scorpion, cause he's just always kicked ass; Sub-Zero, cause come on, he frickin FREEZES PEOPLE! If that's not cool, then man...i dunno lol. also, Rain, Ermac, and human Smoke. Especially Rain. He's awesome. And also very underappreciated, although he kicks major ass. Nitara, she's awesome, and I just LOVE vampires anyway *drools*; Chameleon, he's pretty awesome, but not as much so as Reptile; and that's about all of the ones i really love.
Characters I hate: Shao Kahn, for always mistreating poor Reptile, tear tear. What a meanie. Shang Tsung, cause he's just so fuckin irritating; Kintaro, Goro kicks his ass :P; Shinnok and Quan Chi, cause they think they're the best thing since sliced bread when they're obviously not. And of course, the newer people that aren't really anything special and are just blah, like Darrius, Havik, Hotaru, Taven, and all those guys. a lot of them are irritating too. Anyways...Sorry for wasting so much space lol. I...just...LOVE Mortal Kombat ^_^ Especially Reptile

My Favorite character is an allways will be Sub-Zero
I have loved him ever since I first played MK

My favourite characters were,are and will be 5:
SUB-ZERO, SCORPION (it is obvious), KUNG LAO (most of all), RAIDEN (who doesnt like him ?) and LIU KANG. Why ?? THEY OWN MK !!!

Subzero (Don't matter which one) He's the only character to have been in All MK games

Raiden: Arguably the most powerful warrior in MK period. Because of this he can take on any MK Character in hand to hand combat or super natural fighting since he is a God.


Shao Kahn: the Villain who lasted the longest in all the MK series, The Immortal Emperor of Outworld nearly accomplished what others failed trying to do, the Conquest of Earth.

well mine is scorpion butt i likea big boss guy and thatll be shao kahn but scorpion is still better.

That's actually just a myth about Ermac in MK 1...

But yeah anyway, my favorites in order as I said earlier are:

i also like chameleon because hes a fusion of all the ninjas and hes a valued character because hes only been in mk trilogy and ultimate mortal kombat 3 but was only playable on armageddon which makes him special also he has lots of special moves whick makes him flawless

My favorite is Fujin no doubt.

mine is Kitana.

I'd have to go with Mileena. Her move-set, back-story, and her appearance make for a nice combination. I loved her when I first saw someone pull off her Maneater in the arcade - I beat the game on SNES with her my first time, loving that the SNES version had accurate ending pictures.

I know she's somewhat hideous beneath her mask, but that, for me, adds a certain level of personality to her plans and her motivations. Beauty is important to her, and she knows that with a certain level of power - She could rectify her situation.



And her ending, in MKA, where she finally gets a nice edge over Kitana, was wonderful.

I agree with you on this; I think Raiden's current mindset and 'tired of this' approach works well with the series. He's still protecting Earthrealm, but he recognizes that a certain level of coldness and rigidity are necessary in the defeat of those whom seek the power for negative ends.

Just my two cents.

My favorite MK character is Sindel. She has been my favorite ever since MK3. I just overall liked her cool moves(like her ability to fly), and I was good with her. I was a little disappointed that they took away her ability to fly in Armageddon, but oh well. Other characters I like are:

Rain- The only ninja I like. I just like his moveset better than the other ninjas, and I'm actually good with him.
Sheeva- She was one of my favorites in MK3. I loved her stomp...
Kenshi- I like his telekinetic abilities, plus he's a cool blind swordsman.
Dairou- I like his story, and he has a cool moveset in my opinion.
Jade- One of my favorites from the old games. She's the coolest of the female ninjas and has a good moveset.
Tanya- She's my favorite of the female ninjas. She has a cool story, and I'm really good with her.

ether REPTILE, or SKORPIAN, or KAYNO. may be SUB ZERO or SHANG TUNG. ne 1 evil they r kool, they r like me, crazy and awesum lol . i also like KITANA and SONYA b/c they r hott but i hate lou kang and motarow and kitana and kira becuz they r hard and cheep. also kung low becauz wtf y did he kill reptile in MKSM?!

As for me.... Kintaro. Since MK2.

My Favorite character is Noob Saibot because he is dressed in black and has some cool powers, on the other Hand I also like Kabal because he is dressed in a way that I think a Awsome!

Dang, mine's always changing. First time I played Mortal Kombat, it was MK3 and I loved being Cyrax, so my favorite was Cyrax for many years. Then came Baraka, then Kabal, Sub-Zero, Kano, Stryker. I just don't know anymore

If I had to pick one I'd say Scorpion.

But it's close... I like a lot of the characters. Most of them actually.

I like Sheeva a lot too.

I love mostly all of them, but if I had to choose the one I love most it would be Scorpion hands down! Who else do you know that goes around throwing spears through people screaming "Get Over Herrrrrrrrre!!!" (well human smoke did, but lets not get into that.)

Shao Kahn would have to be my overall favourite. You don't get much better than the Emperor of Outworld.

I also like Fujin and Raiden a lot too.
