I suppose it could be an entirely new character as well, which would explain waiting to reveal them on a grand stage. Sort of like how they would show Skarlet's leg for example. That would be fine with me, I just don't want a guest character. I want someone that will fit in the MK universe.

I really want the character to be Shao Kahn. I know a lot of people hate guest characters, so maybe you'll deal with having an MK boss playable.

If that silhouette is in fact the mystery characters outline and not just some random silhouette/outline to conceal it's identity, I think we can rule out Tanya or any female. I'd be leaning more toward guest character unfortunately...
