ha I dont want another game at all, just keep adding to this one.

Why would you want to wait another couple years and rebuy all these downloads and unlock stuff all over again when they could just add them to this one? By your comment, I'm assuming yout hink alternate costumes for DLC will never be available in this Mortal Kombat which is also... interesting.

I *pray* that they've learned what an awful idea that is
(especially with these latecomer DLCs).

But I can't say I expect it.
I *definitely* wouldn't rule out the possibility of "Ultimate" MK9,
either.

I don't necessarily think it's they'd use that excuse, nor do I think it's because they won't be used in the next game. I'd just rather see certain character with all the attributes the other characters get. If Skarlet, Kenshi and Rain would've gotten that from the beginning, they could throw in whoever for DLC and I wouldn't give a damn.

Off topic, but i wouldnt mind NRS doing an UMK9 or something similar to what Capcom does. MK10 wont come out for another 3-4 years, so im hoping they extend the life of MK9 by adding new stages, costumes, an extended story mode and challenge tower perhaps if they wish to do an update to MK9.

Sometimes, I wish i had a twitter to ask Ed about his thoughts of an update.

The reason why I want Shinnok "saved" for the next game is to make sure they dont fuck him up this time.

As far as the rest are concerned, its hard to get excited for someone's re-debut when they are playable in the previous game.

Thats all I got.

It says fans at home won't see the final legacy episode until Sunday night...hopefully someone at the event will tweet who the character is (or just post it here) ASAP

Well at least that makes sense, though I don't personally feel the same. After Armageddon, the jump to current-gen in MKvsDC and the nostalgia over-kill MK9, I doubt I'll be that excited about any character's re-debut. As long as the ones I like do come back, that's all that matters to me now.
