This. I don't get 'saving' characters for the next game.' I don't know why being DLC for this game seems to mean the character can't return in the next game.

They can still have all of that in MK10 and still be DLC for this game.

Again, your pants are safe. They thank you... for now.

Since fighting game sequels almost always leave out characters from the prior game, it's better to want them to keep adding on to one game.

Because when they make MK10 they may add characters A, B, and C, but we'll lose characters X, Y, and Z. And we still won't have characters L, M, N, O, or P so people will be begging for all of them as well as begging for X, Y, and Z to return.

I'd much rather they just keep adding on to this one. And preferably patch the stupid Nekropolis so we can view their stats (yes, I already know we can use the bio, no need to post that trick again).

The two I really hope we don't see are Frost and Shinnok.
Shinnok for obvious reasons, and Frost, because she hasn't even met Sub-Zero yet, which may not even happen now (and she'd be pretty young still.)

The others would be acceptable, I suppose.

I'd just rather certain characters have the full on treatment. I love me some Kenshi and as much as I love playing as him in this game, I'm sad he doesn't have a viewable bio, viewable ending, alternate costume, appearances in Story Mode, a spot in the Neckropolis, ext ext.

If they're re-doing Bo' Rai Cho, Fujin, Tanya, Reiko, ext. I'd rather see their reinvision/re-entry into the series fully fleshed than just "playable."

You say that like being in this game means they can never be used again.
